Hi everyone.
Age 30points
Qualifications 15points
Experience 5 points
Pte 20 points
Total of 70points
I want to submit an Eoi for general accountant, my husband is a chartered accountant and I will like to claim partner points to increase my points. My question is if he MUST assess his work experience while assessing his qualifications ? In order for me to be able to claim partner point.
In addition, with the current trend in invitations for accountants should I wait for 189 with 75 points or I should submit for both 189 and regional ?
)
@bellong @mamajaz and other gurus in the house, please help a sister out.
Thanks!

Good day all,
@bellong and other gurus... i just concluded my HND last October 2017.

Age - 30 points
English - Awaiting result
Qualification -

You didn't state your course of study and occupation.
Re: General Guide To Australian Permanent Resident Visa Through Skilled Migration. by bellong: 5:08am On Feb 28, 2018
@FCCA2012,

Skills assessment is for both qualification and experience. He has to assess the two in the same occupation list as yours.

2. You can still put EOI for both 189 and 190.

Good day everyone.
Please I need your help. I submitted my assessment to EA on 8th of January with fast track (I understand the fact that the fast track service was down at that time. All the same, I submitted it because I was through with it, coupled with the fact that the exchange rate was getting higher by the day).
I was sent this email by EA. When I logged into my portal, my assessor said he/she is having problem tracking my PTE results. I initially uploaded my result and also filled in the ID as was required/requested during uploading of documents for my assessment. I was asked to go and send the English result from Pearson's portal
So, Immediately, I sent the result to engineers Australia from the PTE portal

I supplied the additional information on the EA portal, telling my assessor that I've sent the result to Engineers Australia, and I also uploaded this evidence/receipt(the second picture) from Pearson's website and since then I've not heard anything from them.
What would you advise I do now?

Good afternoon All,
Please I need anyone who can help me. I am trying to review my assessment by applying to a new ANZSCO Code and attaching updated references and additional documentation. I clicked on the review option and saw the page below asking me to state reason for review in terms of qualification, experience and also state the Change of ANZSCO code but there is nowhere to attach the new documents.

At which point is new document added. All i see is a submit button but no attachment documents. Can someone advise on the process for review and if it is after I submit that i will get the location to upload documents. I dont want to make any mistakes.

It is dependent on the assessing body. To claim partner's point, the partner must have a positive skills assessment.

IT assistant? What do you do as an IT assistant?

Check the anzsco descriptions for electrician and electrical technician. If what you do fits any of the two, you can use your OND to assess under any of the two.

Hi bro. I noticed that u sent your score on the 13/Feb/2018. It's 2weeks now. What do you have on your dashboard? 'Queue for assessment' or 'assessment in progress'. Please wait for till the end of this week. If you did not receive any feedback from them, fire them an email and ask what the problem is since u paid for fast track.

Good day everyone,
Please I need as much advice as I can get.
Age - 25 points
Qualification - BSc political science and public administration UNIBEN (1 year diploma in Law with Direct Entry into the Bsc program)
Experience - ? I worked for 4 years as a security control room operator and presently working as an HR development specialist for 1 year and 4 months now
English- Awaiting result
I have looked at the occupation list. On the short term skilled list, I found recruitment consultant (eligible for few state nomination) which is close to what I am doing. Please based on my information, are there other likely occupations I can look into?

I would appreciate responses. Thanks

Thanks. Before they sent the email, it was showing "assessment in progress", when they sent the email, waiting for me to send my scores, it changed to "waiting for applicant's response". When I sent the scores and uploaded the receipt, it changed back to "assessment in progess" and it has not changed since then.
