newafricaken254: Now I have to break it down for you bro... Wahhabism is not from any Sect whatsoever. Wahhabism is one islamic sect on his own. It arose from the teachings of Muhammad ibn Abd al-Wahhab. Now, there are two sects that arose from the teachings of Muhammad ibn Abd al-Wahha.. That is Salafis and Wahhabism. Whats the dueffrence... Salafis practices the teachings of Muhammad ibn Abd al-Wahhab liberally. They can be found all over the world. Wahhbism on the other hand practice the teachings ofMuhammad ibn Abd al-Wahhab conservatively or extremely. They based majorly in Saudi arabia. |

abiodunalasa:You call those nonsense posts of yours proper exposé? You are a strange fellow. Please point out just a single statement in any of my posts that makes me, as you said earlier, a tribalist. I am waiting Cos where I come from, telling parents to take proper care of their wards doesn't make one a tribalist. And telling people to quit giving tacit support to something that will cause them problem in the future doesn't make one narrow minded. |
Re: Battle Field Discussion (picture/video) Of African Military . by Nobody: 5:08pm On Mar 02, 2018 |
newafricaken254: No sir. Muhammad ibn Abd al-Wahhab is the founder of both Salafis and Wahhabism. Wahhabism, with all their Terrorist tendencies, enjoys government support in Saudi Arabia. Yet the mainstream Islamic practice in Saudi is Sunni. |

tdayof: Lol Soft work sir... Just like Catholic Christians came from Rome, Anglican came from England and Protestants came from Germany Same way Sunni muslims came from Saudi, Shia muslims from Iran and Sufi muslims from Turkey. But Saudi Arabia is evil. They play politics with religion. If they want to be your friend, then they are Sunni muslims. But if they want to treat your Bleep up then they are Wahhabism another Islam sect that is extremist in view and practice. in fact they are deep rooted in terrorism. 2 Likes |

Half of the problems of the world can be solved if the multi billion dollar Proselytism activities of all the religions r stopped completely. Down the ages it has caused nothing but misery and for what One can barely manage ones own life on earth, but still it does not stop us from ensuring that our afterlife will be ship shape after we die. How stupid is that ? Humans lol 2 Likes

@xbee007, Sorry bro, I can feel your frustration. The guy is confused. Surely mixing things up. @abiodunalasa, Congrats on your NYSC experience, but we've had enough of your tunnel vision, biko. No be only you don go north before. Not every opinion that differs from yours is bigotry. Learn to be open minded and listen. You are only repeating what you want others to hear without listening to their experiences and perspectives. By the way, I was in the north too for my NYSC, and was privileged to travel far and wide the NE. I saw what you saw, and saw what @xbee007 is describing. |

PRESS RELEASE THE CHIEF OF DEFENCE STAFF, GENERAL ABAYOMI GABRIEL OLONISAKIN, SERVICE CHIEFS AND DG DEPARTMENT OF STATE SERVICE MET IN MAIDUGURI TO REVIEW OPERATIONS IN THE NORTH EAST 1. The Chief of Defence staff, General Abayomi Gabriel Olonisakin and the Service Chiefs with the Director General Department of State Service met in Maiduguri yesterday, 1st march 2018 to review the ongoing operations in the North East, particularly, the operation to get back the Dapchi girls. 2. During the review, the pattern of information management in all the military operations was reviewed. It was sadly observed that, the military operation strategies have always been in the media space thereby giving the insurgents and terrorists opportunity to re-strategise. It was recommended that hence forth, the military information arms will be communicating the successes rather than strategies. 3. The Chief of Defence Staff solicits for media cooperation and support of all the stakeholders as well as members of the general public in the ongoing efforts. However, it is very important to be mindful of speculations that could jeopardise the ongoing efforts as well as put the lives of the girls or any other persons involve in the efforts at risk. For instance, the speculations that is awash in the media that fishermen and farmers have been employed by the military to search for the abducted girls is misleading as this could endanger the lives of the girls in question and the fishermen and farmers. 4. Even though the military is soliciting for useful information to facilitate its operations, the fishermen and farmers have not been singled out for this assistance, rather all well meaning members of the public are urged to provide useful information. |
