this too would soon pass, unexplained infertility is very annoying. would suggest you croscheck thiese again

1. check for infection - staph is a nos 1 killer of sperm
2. dh does sfa,
3. ensure your tubes are open/hsg
4. ensure your hormones are balanced.

the staph that causes infertility is only seen in sfa, not urine or swab, only symptom is low counts and morphology , low libido/ED

Start with low dose or take a prenatal dat has zinc then high zinc containing foods

Please and please I need someone to help me interpret this result properly and advise accordingly because my radiologist was so much in a hurry to say much. I'm TTC.

Empty anteverted uterus measuring 6.5cm x 3.7cm x 4.1cm, without signs of endometrial decidual reaction.

Both ovaries are prominent, containing multiple varied size primordial cysts with signs of polycystic disease.

There is no uterine fibroid or pelvic fluid collection.

Urinary bladder is normal.

Conclusion
Bilateral polycystic ovary disease.

We will advise an FSH, LH and prolactin level estimation for further evaluation.

Simply put, you may have pcos. Meaning you rarely ovulate. How long are your cycles? You're adviced to run hormonal profile for confirmation/complete diagnosis. Run it on CD 3 if you see af else contact your doctor for advice

Pls go with your doc. 8cm is big already not mention multiple. If just 3cm I'd say try natural but with the 8cm it's surgery that's your best bet unless you're not ttc and it doesn't disturb you.

Chelated zinc is better recommended for better absorption. Use of Zinc interfers with Copper I think, which may affect you blood level. Can't remember details but I know I read it somewhere. You may need to confirm your blood count before you continue with just zinc

sorry sis. I completely understand how you feeling seeing that I'm experiencing same as well. Have you done all the required tests: HVS, hormonal assay, HSG, etc. Has hubby been tested as well?
If you have and it's all clear...then i only know of two options: IUI/IVF(40 - 50% success rate) or PRAY, RELAX, keep taking your vitamins and let God do that which only him has the ability to do(100%) smiley
Don't worry dear, this too shall pass. God is faithful!

yes u can I know a woman in a group on FB who took it on a day before her ovulation and got her bfp after several months of trying.

When I met my gynea he said the ratio of LH to FSH is not balanced that is suppose to be 1:1 but mine is 1:3 that I have to work on that, more so that I'm not ovulating well. That is y I came here for help pls. Thanks for d swift response.

Pls i need your help. My girlfriend was daignosed with PCOS and d Dr prescribed metformin for 2 months. He just wrotw metformin on d prescription paper.
This is what she got from the pharmacy and shes wondering if there are different types of metformin. DIABETMIN METFORMIN TABLET. its white in pack n d tablet is also white.
She thinks d diabetmin written on d pack means its for diabetic issues.any idea pls to clear her doubts before taking it?

So far so good. You too shall rejoice and please as hard as it may seem, don't compare yourself with another person, everyone get their different journey.

So long as infection has been cleared (which to me is major blockage), you will get your bfp and soon as well.

With a normal FSH,the severity lies only at the balance. The homeostatic affair concern with this ratio is somehow affected. Regarding this issue,a confirmatory profiling need to be done. A ratio of 1:3 may denote a PCOS. An Ovarioscopy should be able to confirm it too. Observing a normally high prolactin in situ,this is able to cause a halt or changes in your ovulation date.

He said you should work on,how did he expect you to?

There is no special Metformin anywhere for PCOS. Once you have any condition affecting glucose metabolism resulting from insulin resistance,then you are best fit to use it. Never mind trade names,just seek the pharmaceutical relevance....all you need!

Good day mamas. I'm new here. I have been ttcing for almost two years now. Hormonal tests shows low progesterone, the hsg shows the tubes are opened and ok. The 1st scan showed multiple cysts in d two ovaries, did other scans afterwards and no cysts was seen. I just did a scan recently on Tuesday and it shows enlarged ovaries /pcos. I plan to start Keto diet, I read/heard it works for pcos. May God help us all and put an end to ttc for us all cos am already getting tired of ttc. Even though dh is just so relaxed about d ttc thingy, but for me am already losing hope. May God help us all and grant our heart desires
Welcome dearie,did u profile show high LH,high prolactin n insuline resistanct,dis are d only areas keto will work 4 u. if it only low progesterone,then u need 2 try n boost ur progesterone with other method.note: keto have side effect in ttc,so be kful.cheers.
