NPFL, how many late penalties were given to home teams today? I can count about 4.... The league can not improve when this continues to happen every year.. When you raise objections, you are a hater... The league needs serious intervention. 9 Likes |

ChrisKels: Who remembers this post dated March 22? Now check this out ; Man Utd Midfielder Invited To Train With Super Eagles After Pledging Future To Nigeria Published: March 25, 2018 Manchester United midfielder Tosin Kehinde has pledged his international future to Nigeria ahead of England, where he was raised, allnigeriasoccer.com has been informed. The Lagos-born starlet and his representatives held talks with Nigeria Football Federation Vice President Shehu Dikko, Secretary General Mohammed Sanusi and manager Gernot Rohr at the Super Eagles Crowne Plaza Hotel in London on Sunday. The Nigerian Federation immediately invited him to train with the Super Eagles at the Hive Stadium but Kehinde could not accept the offer due to club commitments. Manchester United U23s are in a precarious position on the Premier League 2 table and manager Ricky Sbragia is taking the squad to Scotland before the crucial clash against Sunderland on April 6. Born 18 June 1998, Kehinde is not eligible to represent the Flying Eagles at the next World Cup in Poland, as all players must be a maximum of 20 years old by the end of the calendar year in which the competition is played. Playing for the Super Eagles at the 2018 World Cup in Russia might be a long shot for Kehinde but he stands a very good chance of earning a call-up to the Dream Team VII ahead of the 2019 All Africa Games. The 19-year-old has trained several times with United's first team this season and hopes to be included in the first team squad for pre-season training this summer. 7 Likes |

forgiveness:Check ya dictionary Just as you guys have liberty to express your contrarian views so also I have the liberty to oppose it. What I don't have power nor desire to do is to shut you guys down. I am expansive and accommodating in my thinking unlike you that is stuck to certain players or komekn that is enamoured to English football. It's precisely you two who need to get out of your small mental ponds and open your minds. I have never cried foul on this thread nor baselessly accused Rohr of corruption like you just because Ajagun wasn't invited. Fact is, it's really petty almost shameful that a supposed fan of the SE will hold back on the team until players of his choice are in the team. It's sickening. And From the trend I see, I believe in the next few years the SE will be dominated by FB players. I don't have problem with that. I love the SE not FB or foreign Nigerian pros. Komekn is the only one on this thread that I do not see as a SE fan not because his views are different. It's because his football appetite and desire for the SE is English and this is not a thread for English football but SE thread. Just my personal opinion. 16 Likes 2 Shares |

andrew444: First of all, I can see you are trying to play smart by saying I am supporting YORUBA players but I think you are not smart at all because if indeed you are, you should have ask yourself, if the so called 'YORUBA PLAYERS' deserves a call, but no, you are not as intelligent enough hence your focus and target is on the so call 'YORUBA PLAYERS'. So, you mean if a player is good and he is Yoruba, I should not support him because he is Yoruba? What could be your problem with YORUBA or YORUBA players? During the time Alex Iwobi played for Nigeria, was he able to play for Nigeria not to talk of England? What about Victor Moses? Carl Ikeme? etc Choosing to play for England does not mean you have to play for England but the financial benefits and opportunity that come with the pledge to play for England is better. Is that what is too difficult for you to decipher? How can you when your brain is full with YORUBA PLAYERS? This is very simply for lay man to understand but I don't understand why it is so difficult for you to understand. At Under-20 I was called up for both countries and I just felt that international-wise you pick the team you feel is closest to your heart. When you pick a club you’re thinking about what’s best for your career, but I just felt more like a Nigerian player and fan. I also watched Okocha and Kanu in the Premiership and they are magical. I am grateful to England for what l have learnt here but my heart is in Nigeria” Sone Aluko shunned England under 20 to play for Nigeria under 20. Did Aluko play for a big club? Yes...of course. Except Rangers was not a big club then. I repeat his career dive-nosed playing for Nigeria. Victor Moses was playing for an average club before he played for Nigeria. Who was in charge of buying players in Chelsea? Besides, if you are playing regularly with your national team, you are likely to get a good buy. Ask Ndidi, Iwobi, Ekong and Shehu. You don't seems to know how things work. |

Mujtahida: No... you are not because if you really are not myopic in reasoning, I don't think there will be any need for you to question or have any problem with people being 'stucked' in their 'small metal pond' because you are expansive and accommodating in 'thinking'. My friend, be yourself and stop being a pretender. |
