Its a simple process of manual pulling of the tank by about 3 guys from the top. I have already bought a roll of rope which we will use to pull up the tanks. When we want to wash them, we disconnect all the joints and pipes and someone can climb into the tank and manually wash the inside.

Oga spyder880, do you think 1000 gallons will be too heavy for the building? I asked because I thought since this is a 10 flats building, more gallons should translate to more water. I may be wrong.

I don't think 1000 gallons will be too big for the building but its not good to store water that will last too long in the tank. I rather they pump water daily than leave water that will last for more than 3 days.
