clems88: No regret in this game. It's either you make it or you are taken out. In less than 48 hours my portfolio lost some thousands($) but no shaking. My advice for you: invest in coins with good potential and and also have proof of stake. Start staking then bother less about price movement. |

wanaj0: i surprise ooo, even with red flags some will still be predicting best future for such stocks. I do due diligence before i commit my hard earned money into any stock and i dont follow what anybody tells me not even my broker. Long a go i got out of diamond bank and a visit to their branch will likely tell you what the outcome of their result will be. I will never follow any prediction on any stock but will always do my personal findings before i jump in and since hve started that, at least i won 98% of my trades. My slogan is no NO MORE LOSS 2 Likes |

You guys laughed at my stocks picks when I shared my recommended stocks to buy here - (CCNN & BetaGlas) on May 5th - http://nigerianstockstobuy.com/top-performing-stocks-watch-2018/ - Go check the price of these stocks now and tell me if you wouldn't be in the profit zone. All you claiming financial analyst with 10-years experience, here is my advice - your complex maths isn't 100% foolproof..they taught you DCF in MBA or whatever business school, but my simple guide keeps making money in stocks. 1 Like |

ogedanny:Your stock pick was OK, but their motor was already on a very high speed, when you recommended. Anyway that's good work. Also help to recommend medium term pick, like 2 to 6 months duration, based on stocks performance, like as I have done for Jberger using their 2017/ 2018 performance, Even with or without their (OCI) Other comprehensive income, based on their current PAT and the previous year PAT. By so doing, most of us that can use our computer can do comprehensive research without sentiment. Let set a goal, by recommending good stocks to buy, for week, and for months. I hope by so doing this our forum will serve it purpose. The sky is to big for a bird to fly, if we use our years of experience to recommend a good stock to this forum, other stock recommendation house will copy ours for recommendation. Truly we have our individuals occupation, but we are really the field workers in NSEM. Many has fall victims of stock recommending house. 3 Likes 1 Share |

Most company that annualize their EPS usually has bad result, and want to cover up by confusing people, I see them as not been sincere. If you have a wonderful result, you don't need to annualize. 1 Like 1 Share |

My stock pick between now and 3 months 1. Julius berger 2. FMN 3. Honey flour 4. Zenith bank 5. Eterna. for those asking whether the Julius berger 2018 Q1 PAT wiil be sustainable, the answer is yes. You can as well go through the below links, to see that they will even increase more, since Nigeria capital project is seriously ongoing. https://www.blueprint.ng/abuja-kaduna-zaria-kano-road-contract-buhari-plods-the-road-to-glory/ https://t.guardian.ng/business-services/julius-berger-hopeful-of-sustainable-growth-on-key-reforms/ http://www.punchng.com/julius-berger-eyes-oil-power-deals-in-nigeria/ You can have a look once again at their 2018, q1 result, their PAT is wonderful, over 200% growth in profit when compared with their loss in 2017, q1 . Friends do me a favour, pls remember to always bookmark my post for future reference. 2 Likes

ogedanny: I envy your strategy, but I am a 'cautiously greedier' fellow than you are.... As clinically dead as Diamond is, we will be unfortunately surprised the stock will be preserved if FCMB and Fidelity hold their ground. Releasing the result on Friday may be a deliberate move to allow offers pile up immensely for pick up on either Tuesday or Wednesday. Janet sinks in a pre-programmed arrangement. Waiting to load again @ 69Kobo, hopefully....? I wish Fidelity and Fcmb will allow this 'insurance diaper' called Diamond to reach/ exceed its value zone... I loaded at N1.05Kobo the other time and it greened my portfolio much, but will be more patient now on realising that even if the Dozies are given CBN to sell, with all its dollar reserves, they will still report losses.... 3 Likes |

PRICE PRECEDES NEWS -basic stock rule. The news about Diamond has already been priced in long ago. This stock came down from above N3 to a low of 1.66. The lowest we might see from reactions to this release is a return to 1.66 or 1.6 at the worst. My Opinion.... 2 Likes |

safepaulooo: That is my fear. I had intensely studied volume behaviour to discern the 'comfort price' for this stock before the release of this result and discovered no one wanted to create ripples on the price surface... The insiders holding big volumes were scared of attempting to offload to avoid detection. The buyers were also counting their money coin by coin..... Offloading will be done using news of UK sale, as it was impossible to do reasonable offloading earlier, which was one of the main reasons for the delay of releasing results.... When it became clear that the pillow case gang ingested more patience that could last them 10yrs, the result was reluctantly pushed out. The game is not over yet, over N14B worth of UK asset will soon be filling all available media spaces. If you are trapped, be vigilant, the insiders will soon start heavy crosses to deceive. You can then Jaaaaaaaa. Diamond is Oceanic.... http://www.cityam.com/284762/industrialist-sanjeev-gupta-gbp30m-deal-buy-diamond-bank 2 Likes |

wanaj0: Our problem here is NOT stock picks, innate gambling is the issue... Almost everyone here knows fundamentally grounded stocks, but they are difficult to pump and dump.. We therefore look for gambling opportunities in stocks managed by corporate hyenas to short circuit the profit board.. Wait until bulls return and all lessons learnt now will be thoroughly abused.... 1 Like |
