I advise you tell your doctor. Never experienced such when I was pregnant, so I can't help.

Serum supplements are necessary in pregnancy but if you eat lots off veggies and your blood count is OK there's no need for it, but if not then get some.

Normally, round ligament pain is to be expected as your Uterus expands and comes and goes, but I don't know if it should be 'severe' to the extent that you have difficulty walking.
Hopefully, you are alright now since this reply is coming late. But if it's still severe, please see a doctor without further delay.

First and foremost, this is more or less like a testimony cos it goes beyond a mere birth story......those who knows my story from d ttc thread will agree with me that it has been God all along, from conception to delivery.....ds belle show me shege...at a point I almost lost hope....all the signs and symptoms of "bellehood" I suffered it all....I lost a whooping 34kg....my mates dey carry belle dey fat me dey lean....through all these I never knew God was preparing me for a supernatural delivery.......

I don't know the composition of pregnacare but i took folic acid for the first 12 or 13weeks after which i stopped. Then i started calcium, iron and vit d through out till delivery, all according to doctor's prescription. I was not that faithful with vit c because of how it made me feel. I will advice you follow your doctor's instruction esp if he knows your medical history well.

Yes dear baby things are actually expensive. The cardigan I got is three in one and very thick make sure yours is thick as well. Below is the picture of the 4in 1 flannels I got it comes in different colors but I got this exact color.

Doctor say e be like say i don chop again Fear dey catch me because we dey knack dey go, dey knack dey go without protection and as menses never show and i dey get PCOS, i cannot even calculate my cycle...............Dont even know what to say again but i will re - enroll back if the result turns positive. Abeg! Cappos, make una take note and keep a slot for me

I don't understand this your last statement but if your PCV is fine then the pregnacare is okay plus it contains all the nutrients the baby needs to form well.

Please explain better, do you need your hubby blood for baby formation.

I still take Astyfer, calcium and vit c. I eat vegetables well even unripe plantain.
