@bolded, fine. Commenting on what you do not know is different from assuming that because you did not witness it firsthand in other leagues, it does not happen. You of all people should be the one telling us that since you witness these things, there is a likelihood it also happens elsewhere. It’s illusory on your part to say we are all speaking based on hearsay. Some of us here know agents who have clients plying their trades in other leagues. Should we not also respect their opinions? Sir you are not the only one who know Nigerians players on Europe personally. Your OPINIONS are noted though. komekn: |

REVEALED: Why Onyekuru Opted To Join Galatasaray July 9, 2018 5:08 pm Nigeria international, Henry Onyekuru opted to join Turkish side, Galatasaray after he was denied a work permit to play for English Premier League side Everton, Completesportsnigeria.com. Onyekuru was expected to rejoin Everton this summer ahead of the new campaign but did not join the Toffees’ squad that flew out of England to Austria for pre-season on Sunday due to the club’s inability to secure a permit for the 20 year old petit striker. The former RSC Anderlecht and Eupen striker according to Turkish Football has passed his medicals at Turkish side, Galatasaray with a loan deal set to be announced once both parties agree the financial terms. Onyekuru was offered to Besiktas and Fenerbahce initially by agents but Galatasaray acted first and launched official talks with Everton for the striker who scored ten goals in 21 games in all competitions last season before his injury. Onyekuru has five international caps to his name. https://www.completesportsnigeria.com/revealed-why-onyekuru-opted-to-join-galatasaray/ 1 Like |

Certitude: What you have said is just the gospel truth. Besides, Ebuehi is not a LWB and has never played in that unfamiliar role since he began his career though he played as a LB before, but even when he played 13 matches in the LB position, they lost all the matches save one. Is that the right time to play a novice in an unfamiliar role in a crucial match? Moreover, Ebuehi stats doesn't prove he is offensive or better offensive. 1 goal with just 3 assists in more than 100 games doesn't prove offensive nada. What offensive threat are they talking about? It was right Rohr played Brian Idowu who is familiar with that role and has played there many times for his club. EOD 4 Likes |

SharpJoe: See, I know there are age cheating issues in our football but this is often exaggerated. I for one know a lot of players of the past that used their real age or something close to it. Thank God that someone like Francis Uzoho played the U17 and went through the MRI. And we actually saw how very young he was 5 years ago. Else we for no get mouth defend his age. Some people are even saying he posted a "Happy birthday" message of his 17 years old son and quickly deleted it. Lies....!!! I am not always quick to criticize ages of players because I have seen a good number, who didn't play U17 or go through the MRI, use their real age. Anyone who accuses any player of age cheating must be ready with evidence to back up 4 Likes 1 Share |

chrisooblog:Rohr has been getting away with suspect tactical decisions which many overlooked as a result of good fortune...think back to the game against SA where he started a midfield 3 of Ndidi - Onazi - Etebo and playing Iheanacho who isn't a target man as a 9. Playing Mikel as a 10 with 2 destroyers behind him who aren't good passers is another example. He's a good man manager and all and I like the feel good factor he's brought back to the team. However - based on results, you can't criticize Keshi and praise Rohr. It's crazy to do so. Rohr is just not that great tactically. I don't mind him staying till 2022, but he has to improve. Man management will not get you anywhere without the right tactics. 1 Like |

Icon4s: You condemn yourself with your own proposition. Age cheating is age cheating 1 year or Obe month it doesn't matter, it's the principle thar I'd broken not the depth of the cheating. I do not want to into depth but I know academies in Nigeria where age cheating is all ready fully ingrained into thier business model. So let's leave the matter. |

Icon4s: I will ask you what % of Nigerian police are corrupt? What % of custom officers are corrupt?? What % of the judiciary is corrupt What % of our politicians are corrupt In a nation that has no AUTOMATIC BIRTH DATA CAPTURE in which age can not be corroborated and or substantiated officially. I should rely on s persons day so. Thr depth ot corruption of a nation also reflects the nation. So is it unreasonable considering our norms and ivalue system to be skeptical about people's ages. The reality is that age cheating is INGRAINED ACCEPTED and INTRINSIC to the business model for the marketing of professional footballers in Africa and even in parts of South America. This not a Nigerian problem it's across Africa from top to bottom. In Europe, North America and the developed world. I really don't have to believe you or rely on your integrity to establish truth. I can simply verify, corroborate and establish beyond any doubt, because there is AUTOMATIC NATIONAL CAOTURE OF DATA AT BIRTH. |

What I witnessed not just the occultic stuff but practice of corruption was demoralising to put it lightly. You see even.if they are not directly corrupt but by complacency are indirectly by corrupt. For evil to rise it just takes good men to keep quite , quoting the substance of Edmund Burke. |

All these age talk don tire me. You guys can believe whatever you want. But stop coming online to exaggerate things. How can the same people who believe that Harry Kane is 24,Lukaku is 24 despite their physical development/appearance come online and dispute the validity of the ages of players like Uzoho, Etebo, Musa, Nacho, Ndidi etc simply because they are Nigerians. Enough of all these age cheat talk. It's becoming stale. Let the players face the consequences of their choices. If they cheat, it will catch up with them in the near future and they will have no place to hide-it's their palava and not yours. What should concern us is their performance and not age. If you are 40 and still performing, churning out decent stats week in week out, nothing do you. You should be considered. Note: I'm in no way encouraging the act. But detest all these unsubstantiated claims that all Nigeria players are age cheat because of their physical appearance. You guys kuku no de there when they were born. So leave them all alone and stop generalizing things. 7 Likes |

Not every Fulani is a murderer but until proven to be a peacemaker, I will rather be cautious. Please do not misrepresent me, I NEVER ACCUSED anybody just said I can.not vouch for anybody. AIG07:Yes nobody will doubt Kane and Lukaku ages cos they came from well structured society where it's not possible to tamper with age. In Nigeria our system is so porous that it allowed someone to dump his hospital birth certificate for court affidavit back up age claim or go to National Population Commission and get original birth certificate with falsified age and official attestation from MOFA. I hate discussing age cheats when it involved our players cos most Nigerians falsified their ages especially the civil servants so why blaming the players. 1 Like |
