Willian did play. I think Hazard stats was quite impressive for a struggling Chelsea last season. He, Kante and Alonso were the only rays of light in that side.

But his worldcup display, especially against France was rubbish though. When you're being man marked, you tend to turn it to your strength by releasing the ball quickly to your team mate after 2 or more opponents must have drawn towards you. That's why I love Xavi so much. In fact, marking him was always a disaster because the opposition players would only give him plenty of space to exploit with his passes after they must have drawn towards him.
