You can get a close to realistic estimate if you already have the actual architectural design plan.
There's little or nothing that can be done with the 3D you uploaded in achieving a quote.
You have to mention your site location/area so as to come to an accurate price when giving a quote.
In all your soil type /topography will determine the foundation type and quote as well.

so i got the quote for my builder for my project, 1 unit 4br apartment and 2 units 2 br apartment, all together a single structure. attached is an illustration of the floor plan.is the quote reasonable?..both materials and labour?

Please not wanting to scrutinize the entire bill, but please what's the perimeter of the foundation trench and total number of column base that will amount #200,000?
There has to be some explanation to this.

There are good lands in woji axis though I know a few developed areas have been sand filled in the past.

wouldnt this form a thin layer btw the foundation and decking??, and make the cement not to be continous/separate easily.
my builder said he doesnt like using it/not necessary, when i pushed for it, cos i hate that water sepage issue. claiming that several builds he has done..he didnt use it..and no issues. that he ensures his dpc is well done to prevent the water rising

If you insist on the use of dpm on your build then it should be used before it turns out that "had I known".

Though its usage and needs varies which depends on the individual handling your project.
Rainfall on your roof which spills on the floor also splashes on the exterior walls of your build.
As long as your foundation blinding is minimum of 100mm and the soil beneath your build is not a constant source for movement of underground water then you need not fear.

Membrane can never make a german floor float, neither does it affect it bonding sir.

There is no perfect plan except the one that it's space management is appreciated by the client or house owner. People would always find something wrong because it doesn't match their requirements. Simply ignore that. So far you the client that the plan is designed for meets your expectations then such plan is good to go.

Elephant supaset will be good for window hood precast. I normally use the brand for most works.

There are specifications, design guides & building codes to guide every architect designing a building. Flow, ventilation, space, lighting, emergency exit are things that shouldn't be left to the discretion of the client alone. Just like a doctor, an architect should be able to disagree to certain things suggested by a client regardless of the client brief.

Everything is not entirely true or false.

All designs and buildings done by both the architect and engineer are only but perfect as at the time it was done.
You can't compare designs done by anyone at his first 5years of pp to that done at 10 yrs and above in the same industry.

was thinking that , there are materials that could be mixed with the blinding and foundation concrete to prevent the entrance and movement of water

Professional fees is usually 10%- 5% of construction cost depending on class of engineer.

On a general note as guide......
For the first milestone which has to do with all foundation works you could be charged #150,000-#200,000.
Another could charge you #100,000.

It appears you are privileged on info about the peculiarities on the site.
The original op is yet to tell about it.

I guess there are probably 8 trees to cut down and15 stumps to remove which will appear on the excavation line or on the land and you'll have to remove them to a safe place.

Its not a virgin site.has been cleared 2x.only 1 young palm tree sprouted there recently..about 8ft high
