Sometime in 2012 or so I heard him say he took a loan a few years prior from a bank to purchase a property worth #40M because "he did not have the money" he said. He would later say that same property was resold for #1Billion.

N160m is a lot of money. For a man to give out N160m, he definitely must have at least 6times more than that.
Bakare owns no cargo airline. He studied law in University of Lagos. He was a practising lawyer, and later established his own chamber(Tunde Bakare & Co). At the peak of his legal career, he was called into the ministry.

Now read this... Bakare read law in Unilag between 1977 to 1980. He was called to bar in 1981, and went for NYSC afterward, and later joined Gani Fawehinmi Chambers. In 1984, he established his own chamber. In 1988, he was called into the ministry. In 1989, he founded the Latter Rain Assembly.

He never owned a large scale poultry farm, let alone a cargo airline.
