Hello everyone, I have being a silent reader since part 12, I really appreciate everyone who took their time to post their transcripts and all for other people to learn. I had my first interview on the 18th of July and was denied. Well, i was really not confident that day so i reapplied but got a new date at abuja embassy for 16th of august the whole rescheduling thing happened and was rescheduled to 27th which also happen to be my school resumption date. I was at abuja embassy before 6am, did the regular checking some mins after 7, did the interview and was placed on AP and still waiting to get a mail from them. I will be sharing my transcript as soon as i get my passport and visa. The thing is school has resumed yesterday, DSO does not want to issue late resumption letter but is suggesting that i defer admission to spring 2019 and come in at that time. If I travel in december for the new semester, would there be any issue at the point of entry with the new I-20? |

FriendlyTop: Students get approved for visas regardless of their tuition as long as they are able to show they can afford it. Btw what school has $40k as tuition?? Can you really afford it? Is it really worth it the money? |

Hello everyone, Am having an issue with my WES evaluated report. It has been completed sometimes ago but the issue is the date of birth on it is not my original date of birth. I have contacted WES about the error but they responded by saying the error of the date of birth isn't from them. They said if I beleive there is an error or misinterpretation on my WES report. I should contact my Institution to issue another document(transcript) and send to them. My question is has any one has similar experience before and how fast the correction could be effected cause of time factor. As I wouldn't like such error to remain on my transcript. Thanks. |

Lamzee:"Final Secondary Examination Results (e.g. West African Senior School Certificate) must be submitted directly to WES by the appropriate examining body for evaluation along with all higher education documents. No evaluation will be completed without the final secondary examination results (from WAEC) (Now,) If the examining body gives you the document to send to WES, it must be in a sealed envelope that is signed or stamped across the back flap by the appropriate examining body. If the envelope is opened or there is no stamp or signature across the back flap, WES cannot accept the document." https://www.wes.org/required-documents/ 1 Like |

Hello everyone, I'm Also a silent reader and I've learnt a lot from this thread. Advise is needed from the gurus. I graduated from university of lagos earlier this year with a bsc in psychology, I'm currently serving and hopefully when I'm done i would apply for usa student visa, I am interested in Healthcare I have researched extensively on the different courses i could do and i narrowed it down to three courses which is nursing (accelerated bsn), physician assistant (PA) and occupational therapy (OT), please i want to know if it's okay because i heard anyone can apply for any course provided he/she fulfill the prerequisites. Do i apply for the prerequisites first in any community College? Or how is it done? Which exams are necessarily so I'd write them before applying? What are other necessary preparations? I'd really appreciate if someone could take his/her time to reply my questions as this would be my first time of applyingy. Thanks in advance. |

I will advice you to fill new DS-160 because if you go with DS-160 you previously used for interview, you wont be interviewed. Cicero1: |
