Hey, common, stop kidding, just use Google, search for cheap schools in Illinois and the nearest states to Illinois, then, you move from there.

Hi everyone, please I need your sincere thoughts and advice on this issue I'm about narrating; I have this friend( he's a good guy and should be in his early 30's). He applied for a tourist visa and his interview is next month, he called me up to inform me that he needs my help, the help-he needs a photograph of me, him with two random kids as an evidence for marital ties during his interview. I'm an aspiring Student too, presently preparing for my gre.
Is it safe to help him? What advice can I give to him?
Thanks for your anticipated responses

Tell him a wise lady like you , wrote to you on Nairaland stating that it a terrible idea for you to get involved ..... Focus on your lane let him focus on his own lane so he doesnt use his to spoil yours. Been married doesn't guarantee them giving him visa

You are about to enter fire either directly or indirectly.

I advice you flee even though the VO will not as for such from him.

My question is why would he lied that he is married just because of visiting visa? The guy head is not correct

You can still make use of the visa fee once, just be careful and reason very well when booking for a date again..

For you to pick Abuja location, just click on new application by starting afresh and pick Abuja as your new location.

If you haven't submit your ds160 just edit it to Abuja but if you have you will have to fill a new ds160 and pick Abuja.

I hope this help!

Hello everyone, I have some questions, and I will appreciate if I can get some answers.
I have a friend who wants to study medicine in the US, but we saw that she can't apply for medicine directly and she needs to study a lower course before going to medical school.
My question is; Should the lower course be a B.Sc degree or a A.S??

What is a lower course? There is nothing of such in this part of the world as people choose to study what they are comfortable with. Hopefully, your friend wouldn't say such at his/her interview.

Please, how much does it cost to send i20 from US to Nigeria. I can only Google that of Sevis and Visa fee easily, the i20 fee isn't on the internet.

Thanks in anticipation.

Meaning you applied and still waiting for admission. Well, for the schools I applied to, there is always a spot to check my status, one is currently displaying 'Awaiting decision' , the other is 'Out to department', while I already got my acceptance letter for one, so I think if you truly have access to the login of the application, you can check your status, from the schools.

Then, the last school sent a mail that they will get back to me as soon as the decision is made by the faculty.

I wish us success.

Good morning my people please hope going to a university which less than 10k won't turn the vo down and also can I go for my master in mechanical engineering when I studied agricultural engineering in my undergraduate

The VO isn't concerned about the tuition provided it is an accredited university and lectures are usually on campus. You could switch fields in graduate studies.

Was this idiotic countenance of yours necessary? Learn to talk, stop showing superman. Dummy.

Isn't your reaction off the hook as well? You could have just done as suggested as most of us here might not have adequate information on visit visa. That said, going by your initial question, I do think you are good to go. I guess you just have to be confident and know much about the conference you are going for and how it translates to your improvement.

Here is a brother who knows his onions, who has done his diligence. I tell you, success lurks around.

You have great profile. I am only wondering if you have the resources to apply to all these schools. However, I'll advice you work vigorously behind the scene by engaging your prospective professors in a robust academic chat. Once discussion is fortuitous, you need to apply. This is one way of maximising your scarce resources, so you don't end up 'throwing away' cash.

You've made quite a nice pick. You'll need to strike a balance between your 'very ambitious' and your 'moderate' so you keep your admission chances within the ambit of safety.
