He has only played in 2 teams his entire life Barcelona and Argentina. Its like asking what has Maldini won outside Milan? The sample size is just 2.
He won the Olympics and U21 for Argentina age grade sides as their main player

For the senior side he has made 3 major finals. He has lost 2 finals on penalties which could have gone either way

Winning/Losing especially when its decided by penalties require some bit of luck which his team didnt have on that night.
