1) The first list had far less than 10% merit on it

2) At the bolded is currently the reason why there is no merit on the second list, its the same as the first list.

3)Stakeholders don’t want us to go public with this to the presidency because it would likely affect the stakeholders that have been given appointments and the ones that are still lobbying for a spot on the second list.

4) The wait is in no way in the favor of merit candidates. It is as a result of various powers that be playing their cards to corner the recruitment.

5) At this point, this recruitment has lost a lot of credibility.

Same stakeholders gang up to unseat Mr. Andrew Obaje as DPR director partly because of same recruitment in 2011 because he didn't play by their rules.

That was how Obaje slot and other candidates on merit list were removed by the newly appointed director. Some of you here are privileged to work with stakeholders so you know how they guide their interest. Don't cultivate your own failure. Be patient.

I understand their drive for JUSTICE, you guys weren't more frustrated than I was after the 1st list was out and I didn't make it because it was so green that I will get the job, but you can't blow the air, you will end up wasting your energy... It will also make them to be fair and also release the letters cos the know public is aware and there are people like us waiting. So please the earlier we do this publication the better for us. Don't antagonize them when writing the publication. Please let us know when and how to pay for the publication.

One day, we shall know the outcome of this recruitment , but in the mean time, I will strongly advise us to seek for other opportunities either job or scholarships. Let invest more of our time on researching better opportunities for us, try out GRE for US schools, and many other scholarship application that will be out from January. Let us just be planning ahead outside of DPR, while we see how this recruitment pan out .

It is saddening how the ending part of this recruitment plays out and how if truly stakeholders dominate the list of successfuls candidates in lieu of merited folks, but how much do I know to say otherwise, for I cannot authoritically say what actually happened , for I believe God that I will always get that which belongs to me, if not this but a better opportunity.

Fellow hopefuls, while it is a legitimate course to seek justice, let us thread with utmost caution. Let us not be so consumed in fighting a course we know not what is process and outcome will be, either favourably or not, as to spending much of our energy that can be invested into other productive venture for our future....

In my opinion, I would say let us wait for DPR, without so much expectation in mind and concentrate on our career development through other opportunities and means . Who knows if the second recruitment may favour the merited folks

We will surely reach our destination one way or the other while pursuing the right course.

Advice: Don't dissipate so much of your energy on uncertainty, but rather spend it on building a desirable sustainable future path for yourself that will meet your ends meet
