A big big big congratulations to you for this succes story....there is indeed nothing that God cannot do.....however, considering her age(40yrs) and study gap of 16years, does she have any travel history to Europe or North America?..for the past 16years...has been employed or into business... ur answers would go a long in motivating a whole number of persons....laid back because of age and study gap.....please respond

Approval Alert !
I want to thank everyone in this forum. My wife’s SP and son’s TRV just got approved and PPR sent. She’s 40years! Never too late to study. She had BSC sociology (2002) over 16years study gap. Another Bachelor Degree in Public Health, Almighty UNIVERSITY OF LETHBRIDGE! Her first ever TRV. I started to follow this group on her behalf since June, but because of some technicalities( about the forms IMM) we opted for an agent.
I want to encourage everyone still waiting, Your miracle is on the way. This group helped us a lot and I will always look back. Thanks a lot. Timeline to follow anytime soon.

Travel history YES! Several trips to UK and USA. Never delivered abroad though having visas to both USA and UK at that time. Own a Business . Two private accounts submitted. I already transferred the fund to the account and statement printed after 5weeks.Two 6months SOA one closing 15M( inflow and outflow over 20M)another closing 150k(inflow and outflow over 11M) she is a director in all our 4companies , Company Tax Clearance (70m turnover)Landed properties (one in Dubai jointly owned , purchased in 2013), I am the main sponsor, Board resolutions stating that the coys will co sponsor and granting her leave from the companies, affidavit of supports. I got one here but the agent rejected it and gave me one eleborate one, many more documents as tapped here. I started registering company earlier, In life this helped. I am also a Pharmacist of over 15years of practice so I wrote the letter of recommendation to the Nairobi Embassy
. For now, this is what I can remember. I will encourage the house with elaborate timeline later pls. Good evening,

Sorry about the late response.

I reapplied for my visa -16th June
Got my medical call up -25th October.

I booked my medical with Qlife. I was lucky to get a Family member to give me his spot because he doesn’t need medicals done urgently. I heard all the centers are booked till late December. My two cents is go there in person or try Abuja

As regards tackling travel history, I made it clearer that I have family members here that I live with and that I’ve never had a reason to leave the country to study until now.

My resumption date is for January at Lethbridge..

I use to think it’s best to book a round trip because of border inspection and what not. I’ll appreciate it if this is clarified.

Thank you

Hi peeps! Your candid advice is needed for someone with family ties in Canada. She has two siblings living in Canada with their families. She plans to go with her daughter. Can she state in her LOE/SOP a sibling would be accomodating her, sibling willing to send her letter of attestation. Or is it better to state the sibling would be sponsoring her?

Urgent Please:
Evening guys, I am planning to goto the VFS office as early as possible on Friday to use paper route after realizing the number of documents I have is too much.

I have actually started the online application processes and it remained the documents I was supposed to upload before I stopped. Can I still use paper route?

Please how many IMM forms do I need to download please? I have downloaded the IMM1294 and IMM5707 for family info.

I actually have a baby mama, do i select single or common law as my marital status?

Thanks to all the gurus in the house. I can't wait to submit because its already affecting my work sef.

I am an airline staff. If your program is less than one year, you need a return ticket but if more than one year, just buy a one-way ticket. Tickets are only valid for one year

You don’t need to book a round trip. Immigration won’t check your plane tickets as a student. They do check some visitor’s ticket though.

PS- if your program is less than a year, you might need a return ticket.

Download it directly from the CIC website using an updated browser

Tried that, it didn't work. Even tried upgrading the adobe reader, still didn't work.

Go on the website with Mozilla... Click on the form you want to download, it won't open still but a pop up will come at the top which will allow you to save it.

Download the study questionnaire form, common law should be your marital status, you may need to book appointment if you are submitting in Lagos
