Kenya is always encouraging for foreign investors, so those are really positive fruits of it...

In Nairobi, we have over 60 malls about 5 are owned by foreigners, they should add more at least 20, we love malls men!!

We have countless shoppingmalls and indurstries in Kenya, even if foreigners will own 50% or more we won't mind...

The largest ones are always owned by locals
u r damn crazy for quoting 5%,more like the percentage of black owned malls, can you please name any 5 big malls owned by black Kenyans?
this are your biggest malls
Westgate ,Garden City Mall, two Rivers,The Sarit Centre,The Hub Karen,. Galleria Shopping Mall,Village Market and now tell what % is owned by aboriginal Kenyans?

I give Kenya life 20-30 years..

All their local business like 70% of them will be controlled by Nigerians mostly by igbos.

20- 30 years is too far , I say less than 10 years grin. Like I said Kenyans are the most weak minded Africans, only good at talking and mimicking whites . They should ask the peaceful ghananians how we turned accra into another state of Nigeria in just a short period. The tanzanians must have been told by their South African friends to make visas difficult for us at the sadc meetings to stop us from taking over grin, we will use the weak Kenyan boarders to cross over , Kenyans hate Tanzania so they will easily help up us destroy the boarder grin. And then we can cross over to other SADC countries and make our way back to South Africa and Botswana even with their tough laws against us , we will not give up on invading them grin. Africa is for us to rule grin. Kenyans will be our gateway to that .

It's not just to Dangote, but it's to every Nigerian and Non-Kenyan.Foreigners controlling big profit making companies without local citizens or government having some stake just doesn't happen here in Kenya! To say that Nigerians will control 70% of our businesses is just like wearing boots that don't fit you!
Donmedrac:
I laugh when people think dangote is The richest man in Nigeria..

There are over 10 people richer than him.

As for your economic nonsense team, they'll bypass it.

Garden City Mall
London-based private equity firm Actis, through Actis Africa, came up with the idea to develop Garden City, an integrated residential, retail and office development. The mall will have over 400 apartments and 60,000 square metres of office space. Actis was created in 2004 as a spin-out from CDC Group, an international development institution run by the United Kingdom government. Actis invested Sh2.5 billion in GCM. Actis came to be in 2004, demerging from the Commonwealth Development Corporation (CDC).

Village Market
An Iranian patriarch set foot in Kenya and his family was to later establish and run the iconic Village Market. Initially a ten-shop establishment when it was conceived by Hamed Ehsani and his brother Mehraz Ehsani in 1992, the Village Market has grown to accommodate 150 outlets on three levels, an outdoor food court and a health and fitness centre. Another expansion will see an additional 80 units added to the establishment, which was supposed to serve as a recreational and shopping experience in Gigiri, a hot diplomatic zone. The Tribe, an hotel run by the management, sits adjacent to the mall. The Tribe was designed by Mehraz

Sarit centre
Opened in 1983, the Sarit Centre is undergoing refurbishment that will see 20,000 square feet added to the 50,000 square feet the shopping mall offers.
It was the brainchild of Sobhagayachand Vidhu Shah and his friend Maneklal Rughani, who were running the Text Book Centre.
The two got the idea of putting up a mall after Rughani visited the Brent Cross Shopping Centre in London. Said to handle an average of 25,000 visitors a day, Sarit Centre, located in Nairobi’s Westlands, has a 300-seater cinema, food courts and expo space able to accommodate 50 stands.
Now a family-run business, the additional space is aimed at accommodating a surge in demand for retail space. A four-star hotel will also come up on the 12-acre property.
Westgate shopping mall
Operated by Westgate Shopping Mall Management, West gate Shopping Mall opened in 2007. With 350,000 square feet of retail space, the five-storey mall houses more than 90 stores, with Nakumatt Holdings and Planet Media Cinemas as its anchor tenants.
Westgate is owned by Sony Holdings, a company with Israeli origins. Indeed, Westgate has a number of Israeli outlets. The mall was the scene of the horrific September 21, 2013 terror attack that left 68 people dead and more than 200 injured. According to Business Daily, Sony Holdings is owned by Alex Trachtenberg and Vishiali Madan.
Last year, Sony Holdings lost a trade name battle against Japanese electronics giant Sony Corporation, bringing to an end the property developer’s bid to register ‘Sony’ as its exclusive trademark in Kenya, as reported by the local daily.
In 2014, the management company hired IRG, an Israeli security company to provide security and train personnel operating in the mall. Popular with urbane consumer class as well as expatriates and diplomats, the mall re-opened on July 18, 2015, with about 90 per cent of previous tenants of Westgate retaining their leases

True bro . I wish we could find a way to enter into the South African formal economy like we did Ghana and are starting with our Kenya with our banks and retail shops. Zulus and their whites are wicked, look at how they are treating dangote and the petty traders from Nigeria. I hate that our politicians are letting them roam free in our country yet they are very strict on us in their land. Nigeria is far too nice to others . If Zulus were fair Nigerians would be dominating South Africa now but like the evil people they are they only allow us to do hawking and petty businesses. I think igbos should do what they do in Ghana and Kenya, flood their informal markets with Chinese products to kill the formal industries so they can come begging us to enter. Kenya is easy to dominate they even work for nigerian petty traders like ghananians, they don't mind as long as you give them food , they don't stress minimum wage like South Africa and Botswana.

Kenyans are worse than ghananians very easy to ride over them . Can they dare pursue Nigerians Kenyans undecided. We will beat the crap out of them in their own Kenya. The only reason we don't teach those idiotic Zulus the lesson of their lives is because they are trigger happy and prone to violence , they would start killing anything nigerian including children like they do to whites over there. Kenyans can never touch whites let alone big nigerian studs . Rubbish people. The next president of Kenya might be of Nigeian blood grin. Weak men.

Bring your big mouth here, you'll back in a casket

Kenya is easy to dominate they even work for nigerian petty traders like ghananians, they don't mind as long as you give them food , they don't stress minimum wage like South Africa and Botswana.
that's true if we wanted to kill all south Africa companies here it's so easy just fine them.

Look at the way they were crying over 8 billion fine
