Layooye:

Judicial review may not help here; 2applications under my counsel were refused by london office on the 16th of November...singular reason was purpose of visit

Both applicants are matured students pursuing MBA and PGD;infact the PGD applicant was called for medicals on the 5th of November and medical was updated as passed....only to get the shocker refusal.

Both applicants are single, aged 33 and 34yrs gainfully employed with an average of 6years work experience and personal finances in excess of 10million.

They are both planning to reapply with well strutured SOP'S to explain even the most irrelevant detail........the demand for Canada visa is high these days and the VO's aint smiling

Let them go via express entry. Why are people doing this to themselves?

Kendrick213:
this is correct...because from his application everything seems right. The gap needs to be covered especially using any form studying activities while working, perhaps some short courses, certifications etc

Yes that is one way to do it. How about those who never took any classes? There is not fast and easy way of overcoming study gaps. You can present cerficatiom and short courses taken to meet the requirement and this will still not do it. Some simply write a sincere SOP explaining their love for learning and their overall goal and how that fits into their future coming back to Nigeria.

Application refused. Purpose of visit is the only box ticked. I wonder what purpose of visit again, after going for MSc. I applied on July 8th. It's so painful that after waiting for 16weeks, it still ended up as refusal

So sorry about this bro.
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 15 by LekwachiJJ: 9:13pm On Nov 21, 2018
Thank you very much, bro

Naijaforeigner:

Bro this is serious. My own passport was held for 5 weeks after submitting at the embassy.

Please I hope you have started firing serious prayers? Every power holding my visa die by fire, every failure at the edge of breakthrough die by fire (P.S I am not an MFM member but a closed mouth is a closed destiny) Tell immediate family members to start praying and fasting on your behalf no jokes (I prayed my heart out).

Some people may say it is nothing to worry about but take no chances.

This is the time to Pray and fast sharply. You will testify and your testimony Will be perfected in Jesus name (amen).

Modified

By the way, why would you consider withdrawing your application after getting PPR
And submitting passport? My Brother worry does not solve anything but prayers. Pack your bag and go and spend 1 week in any prayer house praying and fasting.

Good evening house, i have this worry, my program offers internship, research, and thesis option and on the website its stated that student applying for research base programs are advised to contact suppervisor.
My worry is that i think the thesis option which is what am appling for also requires research.
My Question is will i need to contact a faculty member or suppervisor? Since am taking the thesis option.

I graduated 2008. I'm 34yrs and single.
I explained why I didn't go to western Europe for the course as the focus in Europe is always on Engineering management as against Industrial Engineering part while the course isn't available at post graduate level in Australia.
If not for the money involved, I think I should opt for Judicial Review.

Also as a follow up, is police clearance certificate really needed at this point?

Hi Please I am new here and I need help.

Should I necessarily follow verbatim the format of the sponsorship letter? I noticed there is a sponsorship declaration, Is this supposed to be here when a letter saying the sponsor is sponsoring already?

Thanks

Another question please because it was not clearly stated on the website, it is regarding the other spouse who is not included in the application, would a consent form from this spouse be required at the point of applying by the other partner ti include one or more of their kids?
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 15 by Cherryola: 4:55am On Nov 22, 2018
What did you used as proof of ongoing financial support from your sponsor
123abcclown:

Honestly, Nothing.

I didn’t include his passport, birth certificate or any person document in my application.

I just explained in my SOP that he has been responsible for my education for a while.

I however had a family tree in my application. I think it helps the VO put the relationship into perspective.
