Every other thing but the bolded is true. Who is he gonna bench to become a mainstay? Omerou is a bench warmer in the GWG shirt, and omeruo is a better CB than Akpoguma. Akpoguma would come to warm the bench bro.

How did you come to that conclusion?

Age shouldn't be an issue in as much as he is still performing... Onome Ebi is 35 but still in the super falcons team cus she is still good...

If Balogun is still good I see no reason why he shouldn't be at Qatar 2022 grin

If we ate too be honest do we truly know the age of our players. Football age is still alive and thriving unless we want to pretend.

I still.maintain boss humility017 stands abt invitation on FB invitation (ie,go for those willing to play for us)

However u kinda paint a pic of us not having a future team of super eagles once dis phase of generation begins to retire, nope chief,we still get d U23-U15(future stars),and many unknown future home grown players we re yet to discover, d fact is many fb players will still decline our offer,no matter aw we make it attractive to dem,so d earlier we discover and nurture talents here,d better for us.my opinion though cool

at the same time not completely shutting the door on foreign born.
those willing to play for us should be considered and not to start begging or courting every dick and harry to come play for the super eagles.

years from now many of this foreign born players on their own will wanna play for Nigeria... take a look at Chelsea, arsenal and man city academy today...you can get at least 6 players each from these teams who are Nigerians.
you know England can not absolve all...so Nigeria will get some too..
so let's relax.. moreover in every team academy in England you may likely get at least 3 Nigeria kids.

please leave this boys out of the super eagles picture.
let's go for eze and the rest good ones who wanna play for us...those who have indicated interest in playing for Nigeria.

Like Dominic Iorfa.

nah.
Ilorfa is one of those players....
that should be given the same treatment I proposed for Tammy...

he should be allowed stay for a while...to see if he is truly interested in playing for the super eagles.
sometimes peps don't appreciate things that come easy.... if he really wanna play for the super eagles...he should keep up with his interest.
moreover currently he is not playing in a top team or league...to walk into the super eagles you've to prove that you're better than those currently in the team...
which I doubt from his play @ the moment.
hope he gets a better club and play more active football...I am sure rohr will consider him.

Stop dodging questions okay

Yes stones walk into Everton team

Did pique walk into man united team ? No

Pique cannot show his psyicality because of no game time ,you are just making noise as if he was given game time and he flopped

You think stones will talk into man you team when they had Ferdinand and vidic ? Then you must be a joker

I don't think there is any 19 year old who will talk into man united first team then ,you can't compare it to a average Everton team.

There is nothing physical about the Epl ,Lucas digne has sent world class physical baines to the Everton bench so easily.

I think comparing two different defenders from two different era's decades apart is infantile reasoning, It makes no sense. Stones is almost twenty years younger than Ferdinand be reasonable.

You don't get given game time sorry, you earn it by performance, it's not a right. Pique didnt perform at youth level and didn't get game time at senior level. He wasn't good enough at the time.

Baines is expired his time is up, he has been at Everton for over 11 years for goodness sake. Be rational that's a very poor example.

When Zuma walked into Chelsea first team how old was❓ How old also was Stones when claimed position at Everton please❓ How old is Sanchez at Tottenham ❓ Your own example indicts your reasoning and gives credence to my opinion.

Is it their fault ? They wanted to play for France and they where called up ,if player like umtiti was average he would have chosen Cameroon

France didn't force any of them or asslick as Nigerians are doing ,they even told aymeric Laporte who is a real French they he can play for Spain that they don't care

Dem no dey tell mad man say war don start ,after Godfrey Kondogbia 5 caps for France and no more hope of appearance why has he chosen to play for the Central African Republic?

So why did Cameroon reject Mbappe when he asked to represent Cameroon.

Akpoguma and uduokhai are yet to shut the door on Nigeria so I see no reason whu mentioning their names here should be an issue. Victor Moses, sone aluko and recently Aina and ebuehi turned us down before they accepted to play for us so I see nothing wrong approaching the aforementioned duo again

Sone Aluko never refused to represent Nigeria.

My major contribution here is the inclusion of quality be it fb or locally groomed players. I use God beg u no tag me as one who is tribalistic. angry

That's like saying Chatlesemeka is a tribalist with diplomacy. That I disagree, pro naija is not pro tribalism.

we just have to make use of what we have for now...and be open to those willing to play for us.
there should be a get together camping sometimes in the UK to hear this players out...most of the British groomed players considering their conservative nature will not Voice out or declare like that... such camping will give them the opportunity to meet with the coach to tell their interest.

That's one of the thongs wrong with the black man... We see everything white as being beytter...Did you miss the part where I said we should only approach the ones we really need? Why waste time chasing foreign born players when we can spend more time and resources on grooming our own local players? People always complain about our league and youth team getting little financial assistance but they don't wonder if the money being spent to chase foreign born players could be channeled into helping the home grown players and the league? Look at the super eagles past and present, how many foreign born players have actually helped us achieve success on the continent and world level before ? Iheanacho, Ndidi,Musa,Success,Uzoho,Chukwueze, Osimhen... Those are products of our youth system and local league... Are they not good enough?
All the African countries that have been getting foreign born players to play for them what have they achieved with them? Morocco went to the world cup with a squad filled with foreign born players... why didn't they win it?

See ehn,I'm not in any way against the calling of foreign born players to the national team.. But let's call up only those we need... The ones that can actually improve the team....
if they aren't ready to play for us let's forget them and move on.. No be by force..

Maybe you are colour blind, but we are talking about Nigerians who were born or brought up in the UK, they are not WHITE.

Which one is everything white again? Bros dem no dey hide talent and quality ooo! So because akpoguma and uduokahi re halfcast they re not better than awaziem? The same petty sentiment that will led us no where in all ramifications as a nation. If an European country like the French can accomadate alot of black players just to be victorious and build one of the best national teams of our time i see nothing wrong with having players who atleast have Nigerian gene running through their veins

You may find this hard to believe.

But I meet boys born and bred in the UK who are more Nigerian than those born in Nigeria. Speaking thier tribal dialects with fluency.

I then meet people who were born, made and cultured in Nigeria and as soon as the land Gatwick. They become more Oyibo than the Oyibo, go deh form fake cockney accent, etc denying all thing Naija.

Then to add petrol to fire, some of them can not even speak thier languages. Can you imagine some can not speak basic pidgin self.

If we are to ask the question what makes you Nigerian or more Nigerian. It will not necessarily be those born in Nigeria.

You are missing the point again

France called up players that are ready to spill blood for their national team be they black or white.

Now, are those Chaps you mentioned ready to represent us presently?.

The difference between me and you, is that speculate and presume on what commitment means or what you think it means.

Can l add l may actually know a lot of the boys and l know thier commitment. However, they are always shocked at the conduct of our NFF officials.

Who often seek personal interest over national interest.

THATS NOT TRUE AT ALL

The issue is relationship, integrity and approach.

There are plethora of Nigerian players in English football academies too many too count.
