[quote author=pabu post=74324487] pls what's the cut off marks for medical courses and nursing sciences in Usman danfodio university[/quote 2018/2019 cutoff mark.. Pls note that UDUS used only UTME score for this year(2018) admission. Merit cutoff mark for MBBS was 250 MLS, nursing and pharmacy merit cutoff mark was 240. Radiography and vet med cutoff mark was 220. Education less developed states and catchment area also have lesser cutoff mark than the above cutoff mark. 1 Like |

asuustrike1:Lol. bro, There's NO sorting in Ui.. your friend must be a tutorial Lecturer in. How many Uites do you want to argue with? i'm trying to imagine you going to sort a prof in UI, you will reach SDC the same day. |
Re: Top 10 Cheapest Universities In Nigeria. by Nobody: 10:51pm On Dec 31, 2018 |
divads:Tutorial lecturer indeed! I don't just want to expose some of them for personal reasons. That was how my friends in UNN and Uniben boasted till they ended up fainting |
Re: Top 10 Cheapest Universities In Nigeria. by arinzos(m): 11:00pm On Dec 31, 2018 |
asuustrike1:UNN de sort oh.Even for Medicals sef |
Re: Top 10 Cheapest Universities In Nigeria. by divads(m): 11:00pm On Dec 31, 2018 |
asuustrike1:Well, i dont know about UNN nd Uniben. but for UI. There is generally no such thing. But there might be one or two bad eggs. But Generally UI is known to be free from such vices. infact throughout my stay there i never heard any student talk about sorting. The system in place makes it difficult for such to happen. When you have about 2 to 4 lecturers taking a particular course. How many you wan sort. for how many marks?? |
Re: Top 10 Cheapest Universities In Nigeria. by Nobody: 11:03pm On Dec 31, 2018 |
divads:Uniben does the same thing too yet their lecturers are sorted although not all. So you think the lecturers will blow the trumpet for students to know? |

arinzos: Unilag doesn't do such. If you don't read, you fail and carry the course over. If you study hard you would/can hit 5 point like water 3 people have already graduated with a perfect 5.0 within the space of 4yrs |
Re: Top 10 Cheapest Universities In Nigeria. by darfay: 1:19am On Jan 01, 2019 |
asuustrike1: There is no such rubbish in Unilag. Everything to you people is covenant uni |
Re: Top 10 Cheapest Universities In Nigeria. by Nobody: 1:26am On Jan 01, 2019 |
darfay:Unilag is worst off while covenant is coded hence no school is free from this menace. The school you post does it without many knowing just that many lecturers have not been caught. Person dey see and hear things for naija oh |

Re: Top 10 Cheapest Universities In Nigeria. by teee2: 10:31am On Jan 01, 2019 |
darfay:You're right bro.. everything to these people is private vs public university, and it's sickening. Especially the dumbass you quoted and another oaf called codetemplar (this one is actually worse).. Every uite knows sorting is impossible.. Nobody even talks about it, you can't talk about what's not gonna happen... I don't know where he saw his imaginary 'lecturer' friend. 1 Like |
Re: Top 10 Cheapest Universities In Nigeria. by davbravo(m): 11:30am On Jan 01, 2019 |
arinzos:I don't think they do such in UNILAG and if they do, it's at a milder rate compared to other schools. But I've never heard of anyone sorting, you can't even try that in my department |
Re: Top 10 Cheapest Universities In Nigeria. by CodeTemplar: 1:53pm On Jan 01, 2019 |
teee2:You talk like a baby with a weak brain sha... It is even unilag grads who boast about the sorting that they do in unilag whenever they are trying to justify why making good grades is harder in their school, so what nonsense are you talking about? You talk as though people associated with covenant uni weren't in the society before going there. When you guys were doing the bulk of the reputational damages by claiming sorting, discrimination, and cultism gives a unilag grad advantage over grads of private uni grads, where were you then? When your people were mocking high level of good grades in CU were you sleeping then or what about the dress-code mockery ? Better don't let me start with you today. This is a new year pal. 2 Likes 1 Share |
Re: Top 10 Cheapest Universities In Nigeria. by CodeTemplar: 1:55pm On Jan 01, 2019 |
davbravo:You mean there is no sex-for-mark trade in unilag also? That's a form of sorting too now? |
Re: Top 10 Cheapest Universities In Nigeria. by CodeTemplar: 2:05pm On Jan 01, 2019 |
izzyybothe17:You need to see threads where UI grads were mocking private uni and saying a first class there is third class in UI because of sorting, sex for marks, cultism, and more. Now that the table is turning gradually you guys are trying to deny all those. I thought university system in Nigeria was suppose to make a grad street wise and improves his/her "street credibility"? What suddenly changed? Is all these because reputable international bodies are acknowledging the progress the private universities are making? You know the problem with most Nigerians? Weakness! Yes. Weakness in your mind and that explains why no public school ever tried to encourage good grades for decades until some good private universities came along. That explains why the Nigerian uni system is academic focused but grads are always complaining about lack of practicals. If you want to be practical focused go to technical schools, polytechnic, or do a professional masters. 1 Like 1 Share |

We really need a little detail as to how the fees are paid. In OAU for instance... For fresh students, school fees is quite close to, or slightly more than 100k (although during my 100L days, i paid quite less until it got increased). This include both acceptance fee (20k) and hostel fee (3,090). From 200L and above... Social Sciences - 19,700 Sciences - 30k+ Health Sci - 33k+ Hostel - 2,590. Note that i must've mixed up sciences fees and that of health sciences, but that's the range. Other schools should give details like this, so as not to mislead anyone. |
