This is precisely what I was trying to let one political neophyte understand some days ago.The fact is that the Apc is stronger now in the south than it was in 2015.It was never possible for Apc to pull such a crowd any where in the south south in 2015 whether hired or not hired.Since 2015 more people with clouts and money have joined the party in the south and that's the evidence you're seeing now and this will surely translate to something come Feb 16th 2019.My point is that if the pdp is waiting for a bloc vote from the south this time around they may have something else coming.

He doesn't pay for crowd in that state. He is called the people's governor. Keke drivers and okada riders are his most loyal fans.
