thompson1510: Okay, I feel the issue is from your own SOA and your mum's own. 400k isn't enough for an applicant and 5M isn't enough for a co-sponsor...your sponsor SOA is very okay..why not have just one sponsor...send the 5M in your mum's account to your account..its better that way.. The VO wants to see money that is easily accessible to you and your sponsor...thats why your car isn't much of an asset..they want money that won't be hard for u to get your hands to.. |

Frankrobbn1: You are correct. Thanks will let her know about the congratulatory message @all Is there a passport processing fee involved in submission of passport at vfs office? Apologies if this question has already been answered. I read somewhere on the vfs website that if passport is submitted at same place where biometrics was done, the applicant would not pay transmission fees |

Good evening everyone, I will be arriving Canada in the last week of March to commence my masters program at the University of Windsor. A friend has offered to accommodate me for the first few nights. However, I’d like to get my accommodation sorted before arriving so as not to burden my friend but so far I haven’t had any luck. I have gone through kijiji still nothing has panned out. Please If there is anyone arriving the same time or who is already there and is in need of a flatmate, I’d appreciate it if you contact me. If there is also anyone arriving the same time and is in the same position as I am, contact me so we could get somewhere together and share. The house should be furnished and close to the University, the person should be a male, neat & tidy and my budget is within CAD(350 - 500)/ month. Thank you guys. Have a blessed day. 1 Like 1 Share |

Hello House, I am so happy to join this forum. I have read and read and I can say that the tons of Info here is enough to grant anyone TVR. I am a 36 yr old mum of 2 ( age 4 and 2), with a BA in German and 11 years of experience all in HR ready to apply for Masters in HR or Industrial Relations. Our Intention is that I will go with the kids and a nanny (my mum if possible) as hubby cant leave his business. I will like the guru's in the house to advise me on the possibility of a visa for me and my kids + mumsie (if possible). if anyone has had a success story on a similar situation, please also let me know. I will be very grateful. Thank you all. |

Raymondrain: 042viber12: Prospective applicants misunderstand the question TOTAL FUNDS AVAILABLE FOR MY STAY stipulated on the IMM1294E form. It's very unrealistic and irrational to use the closing balance of your guarantor as funds availablity because no sponsor would give out all the funds available in his/her account for your study, owning to the fact that there are dependents, business, and personal welfare to cater for. To provide clarity to this question, the immigration officer is asking after the funds available for your first year of study. Hence, the amount of funds that your guarantor is willing and eager to give you per each academic year and the total funds in your possession/account (if any) makes up TOTAL FUNDS AVAILABLE FOR MY STAY. Sometimes this consistitute among the reason why so many applicants are being refused on the ground of insufficient funds, because they fail to give a good financial breakdown of their expenses on the SOP/LOE. Cc: Raymondrain, Assuming your sponsor is willing to give you 25,000$CAD per each academic year and have some left in his/her account and you also have an additional 1KCAD in your personal savings account. The total funds available for your stay = 25K$CAD+1K$CAD =26K$CAD 1 Like |

TrustAllah: Should you wish to reapply, I would suggest that you do so only if your situation has changed substantively or you have significant new information to submit. On that account, you're to provide explanation for the new Master's program, and it's career prospects in your home country. |
