Chei! I've been in purgatory from spambot since yesterday. To comment just dey hungry me.

This puts Marina in a very tight spot.

First, it's obvious that Sarri is a lame duck.

Because Azpi supposed to drag Kepa off the pitch, but he was busy arguing with Sarri.

Now usually, I would say if Azpi turns on the coach, the problem is with the coach. . . but as a captain, you cannot allow such drama to play out in public.

Clearly, even Sarris coaches are tired of him. That's why they backed Kepa. These guys have been bottling up a lot of resentment against Sarri for weeks. This is what they call PALPABLE DISCORD!

Caballero even got fed up and stormed down the tunnel. He's never seen such unprofessionalism.

Sarris position is untenable, but Kepa should be fined 2 weeks wages and given a stern warning.

Diggz, how you see this Kepa guy? From Thibaut the snake to this? We done suffer for goalies hands since Cech left.

I want him gone!! The attitude he displayed cannot be tolerated neither can it be forgotten or forgiven....he should fvck his way back to la liga....never liked him .now I hate him totally.

Kepa Arrizabalaga took the opportunity to explain his actions after he appeared to refuse to be substituted during Sunday's Carabao Cup final.
The goalkeeper had twice received treatment towards the end of the game, with substitute Willy Caballero primed to take his place in goal for the closing stages and penalty shootout.

However, when seeing his number appear on the fourth official’s board, Kepa refused to leave the field as he felt he was able to continue.

Maurizio Sarri earlier explained the misunderstanding in his post-match press conference, and Kepa gave further clarification shortly afterwards.

‘First of all, I have to say it was misunderstood,’ said the goalkeeper. ‘In no moment was it my intention to disobey, or anything like that with the boss. Just that it was misunderstood, because I had been attended to by the medics twice, and he thought that I wasn’t in condition to continue. It was two or three minutes of confusion until the medics got to the bench, and they explained everything well.

‘This was nothing to do with the problems I had this week, with [hamstring] it wasn’t that. And, well, it was misunderstood. Because he thought I couldn’t continue, and - fundamentally - I was trying to say that physically I was fine.

‘I know if you see it from outside, I don’t know how it went out, it is not the best image. I have spoken with the boss. I think it was misunderstood. I understand that on television, on social media, they’re talking about this but I am here to explain it, to say that it wasn’t my intention to go against the manager. We have spoken now, and I was only trying to say I’m fine. He thought I wasn’t fine.

‘I don’t think it has to be the major act of this final. I understand we played a good level against one of the best teams in the world. We were close to winning, obviously we’re sad that we didn’t, and I think the team needs to continue playing like this, because today we’ve shown we can compete against the best teams. Among the negatives, we have to take the positives.’

These guys have been put in a very difficult situation by a phocking Spanish plonker. They are professional footballers and they understand that team spirit must not break; especially not at that crucial time. The drama had already unfolded. It would be less of drama to ask Sarri to stay calm and sort stuff out later, than it would have been if everyone had intervened and forced a £72m club asset off the pitch.

Stupid Kepa should have seen with seconds that he was putting his teammates in a difficult position. I do not bloody care what may be going on behind the scenes, but there is no excuse for what he did. If I owned the club, I will terminate his contract tonight. Even ex-pros that have been in very divisive dressing rooms are all saying they have never seen that.

He also, as a professional, should have seen that he was setting himself up for a great fall. Once he did that, he needed to save all 5 penalty kicks. And then he needed to score 3 himself, to remotely stand a chance of putting himself in a position to atone for 30% of the sh1t that unfolded today. I do not bloody care, even if the most incompetent manager was managing the team, you cannot humiliate a manager like that in public. He even had another chance to correct his mistake. He could have gone to the manager at full-time, in front of the cameras, substituted himself without condition, and asked Caba to replace him for the penalties. Only then can he come now and claim that it was all mistaken. It would have been believable.

But now, he crossed the line. He is a phocking fool and down-right insane person, to even think that he could provide a genuine explanation for that moment of madness, and utter disrespect to Manager, Club, club image and fans.

Today was the day people should have been praising the manager for listening, playing conservative against City, making intelligent substitutions and nearly winning the game in the process. Instead, this goat stole the glory.

I really hope Roman gets involved in this directly, and give the order to terminate this guy's contract tonight, citing insubordination and bringing the club's image to disrepute.

Phocking Nitwit!

Honestly if Kepa is not benched at least 3 games and fined a month's wages Chelsea should not be taken seriously as a football club. This is bush league stuff

It speaks to the rot and just a sheer lack of a chain of command at the club. You can't get away with undermining your boss like that in any other field of endeavor. The attempt at papering the cracks by both parties at the end of game just speaks to the laughable state of Chelsea right now

Even Christian Chukwu does not deserve this disgraceful behavior by Kepa today

Oga Nateevs, do you have £72m for Roman? Or does Roman pluck it from tree?

Arinze Abalaga will walk into new club the minute you terminate his contract, and will get more money sef since no transfer fee is involved. That would be rewarding him for poor behaviour.

There is no answer to this problem except letting it summer down in public while dealing with Arinze behind the scenes. Anyway, Marina's problem, not mine. This is why I prefer buying cheap players rather than likes of Kepa that will be behaving anyhow. The other one we bought for big bucks (Morata) was also misbehaving, acting like we owe him something.

You spend 2 months insisting on your style while it is failing and breaking loss records,.yet you can't insist on your goalie coming off the pitch, then you absolve him in press conference later. I for enter pitch if I'm Sarri.

Don Conte, if we offended you in any way, we are sorry. You turned a bunch of useless players into Champions before lack of backing in transfer market messed up your final season. We deserve a whole heap of karma for our treatment of Don Conte. Whilst the Don was still in post, we were already tapping up this sorry man who is not 1/10th of Conte.

I am in no way condoning the behavior, however, Messi has earned the right to do such, even worse for Barcelona.

Can the same be said of Adamasingba? If Hazard pulled such, it would have been easier to swallow.
