The truth of the matter with mobile phones including 3g and 4g there is really no unlimited download data because maintaining the base station is outrageous. The reason is this for every 4 to 10 kilometres you need 1 mobile base station. Why wi-fi for every 30 kilometres to 50 km you need one wi-fi access points outdoors and also the wi-fi access points and 10% or less of the 3g and 4g base stations in price.
