I dey o, I'm currently battling lack of sleep, will wake up anytime BTW 12-2am and to sleep back is war. So I'm always very tired. Bump no gree show, but my boobs have doubled .

Please mama how do you increase your HB. Like what Nigeria food can I eat? I have seen it mentioned here unfortunately I didn’t share it. Please help me

Mamas let me gist una. Na so i carry myself go hospital for the doc to check my waist bone. Na so doc wear gloves and inserted his hand. I shout soteeeee cos d tin was very painful. During my first time doc put hand in olive oil with the gloves bf inserting. But this doc just inserted with gloves like that. My first ended in c section. But now am really scared. Is this how painful checking is? Goshhhh. I was asked to come bk tomorrow. Am scared

Yes, joevic is good. This reminds me of when I went to help my auntie after birth in the hospital. Her baby was via cs and he also had jaundice so they stayed a while in the hospital. There was this woman who had stayed over a month there. The woman was using the hospital for antenatal but when the doctor told her she will birth via cs cos her pelvic is small, she shouted, 'it is not my portion' and changed hospital. During labour, she went to another hospital and after hours of labour, it still ended in cs. The doctor was not good in cs, gave her a big vertical cut that started from one end of her tummy to the other. He didn't stitch her well cos her tummy instead of healing started decaying and bringing out pus. She fainted and in her unconsciousness was rushed to the hospital she ran from. Doctor saw she was her runaway not my portion patient and billed them heavily with plenty abeg. She stayed about a month in the hospital after the surgery and stayed almost 2 months extra b4 they could pay their hospital bills

Check your waste bone how. Did he insert his hand or just a finger? It shouldn't be painful, just try to visualize what he's doing and convince yourself that there's space in there for his fingers to pass through. Once you relax, it shouldn't be painful.

Those small green garden eggs the fruit and leaves. Ugu leaves. If you can't eat the garden egg leaves raw, you can use it to do African salad( abacha) or garnishing your other food such as beans, rice etc
