Please help a sister ooo.

I have Diploma in Law, LLB and Masters in Law.

My question is will I have to get transcript for all these certificates including transcript from Law school?

If yes which is better for evaluation WES or IQAS.

Thank you for your swift response.

No vex, is there a reason you're evaluating both LLB and BL transcripts?
Yes. With WES, two or more Certificates. Because I don’t have a masters. Already started with WES before learning about IQAS.

Yes it will. Even for further studies in Canada. Some schools require degree evaluation from WES in particular as a part of their Admission Requirements.

And please guys, for the work experience criteria,

I worked 2years and six months in a firm here in Nigeria here, this is not a popular company and as such no online presence, website, official emails and stuff, and I quit since last two years, what kind of evidence do i need to support my claims?

Also, is it permitted to have two totally different NOC classifications? I might want to add my NYSC teaching experience to make it 3 years plus, but that will be a totally different NOC.

And, if I decide to go with only the company work experience for simplicity sake, how much will it affect my CRS points? Having 2yrs & 6mos experience instead of up to 3years?

Finally, does paid undergraduate internship in a good company count as work experience?

Thank you all.

Long post alert on my ielts exam. I took the computer based ielts on Tuesday 12th March, 2019 at workforce group in Gbagada. British council. My experience as follows:
Listening: I was anxious using computer for listening so I took a pen to write on the log on paper but I didn't need it as there was ample time to type directly on the system. All my questions were not more than 1 word. I had a map with 3 questions. Overall, the listening was good. I only missed 1 answer.
Reading: Questions 1-6 were true/false/not given questions. 7-28 were not more than 1 word from different passages. Section 3- six paragraphs for matching headings. The passage was about an animal called Otter. 3 questions were mcq on the writer's feelings. 38-40 was not more than 1 word from the passage. Overall, reading was good.
Writing- Task 1 was letter to local newspaper editor. The old theatre building has been closed down.
-how do you feel
-suggestions on future use
-advantages of your proposal
I wrote it semi-formal style 262 words
Task 2 was people believe that manual labour workers should be paid twice more than skilled professionals. Do you agree or disagree? 322 words. I wrote in favour of skilled professionals.
Speaking-Part 1 was questions about tea or coffee.
Part 2 - tell me about the most handsome/beautiful person you've ever met
- who is the person
- when and where did you meet the person
- how's the personality of the person
- why do you think the person is beautiful/handsome
I spoke less than 2minutes for this part.
Part 3- follow up questions about beauty perception in the society.
Overall, I think it was a good speaking experience. The lady was nodding and smiling at intervals.
My ielts exam experience was generally positive. Fingers crossed for results next week.
I think computer based ielts is very good. We were given umbrellas.

Hope it came out positive

*You can get a reference letter from them. Also add payslips if you have them or alternatively you can attach your statement of account to the reference letter highlighting salary payments into it during the time you worked with them.

*You can combine NOCs as long as you have a minimum of one year experience for each one.

*Play around with the CRS calculator to see what your scores would be using 2years and then 3years work experience respectively. If 2years work experience gives you a score you consider low then by all means combine NOCs, it's allowed.

*Work experience gained before graduation wouldn't count whether paid or unpaid.

Recent ATS certificates have this on them.

If you are one of such ensure that ICAN writes a note to WES to inform them that its the same ICAN Issues certificate if not last time out OYO is the case o.

Yes, select ICAN as the awarding body. See the email a Nairalander received from WES below:

"Thank you for contacting us with your concerns.

We reviewed your evaluation report and confirmed that it is correct.

World Education Services (wes) does not evaluate study from The Association of Accountancy Bodies in West Africa (AATWA). If you wish to have your Accounting Technician Certificate (ATC) included in your already completed evaluation report, please submit a copy of your certificate as issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). Upon receipt of the ICAN certificate, wes will review and update the report as warranted."

We would like to emphasize that wes evaluations are advisory opinions and not binding upon any institution or organization.
