very true especially Togo.That country have been really exploiting both the two biggest markets in ECOWAS.They have established a free port system so their port is currently more busy and takes more imports than even the Lagos port and due to it's strategic location right in between Ghana and Nigeria, they easily smuggle over 90% of these imports to both Nigeria and Ghana because they barely have a 5 million market themselves and much more they are a low income country so ask yourself,where do all these imports which are even more than the biggest port in Nigeria have go to?.And Benin too have been doing same hence totally crippling the infant industries in Nigeria.Due to their free port policies,the goods are very cheap to import and sell and are of low quality.The local manufacturers can't compete with that.About Glo,they had a very bad plan as you just said.They were too eager and happy to enter into the Ghanaian market they were blinded by the hijacked market by MTN,Vodafone,Airtel and Tigo.Even Airtel and Tigo couldn't stand the competition so they had to merge and form the AirtelTigo network.About Dangote,the cement market have been monopolized by Ghacem for decades we got soo tired.Ghacem were even controlling cement prices and could declare national cement shortage.Now the cement market is somehow level although Ghacem is still far far ahead and in charge.Diamond cement which is also a local company is giving ghacem a run for their moneyDangote cement has still not found a stable ground in Ghana yet although they have the potential.

well currently no one in West Africa is really benefiting from Ecowas because we hardly produce anything in all of West Africa.We import virtually 95% of everything we need including Nigeria itself who even import 400 million dollars of tomato paste in a year.All what we do is repackaging and mostly smuggling it across borders.Benin for example have been exploiting the nigerian porous borders and huge market by smuggling in very cheap Chinese products.The Nigerian traders themselves go into Benin,clear those items from the ports and smuggle it into the country to sell for huge profits.What Nigeria currently excel is in the service industry and even with that it's specifically the banking industry.Banking laws are open and very flexible and easy to establish due to the ecowas agreements.That's why most of their banks are only or mostly found in West Africa with a barely standard branch in say South Africa or Rwanda.Their telecom giant glo is a serious failure upon the opportunity Ghana gave it,it never stood on even one leg.Now they import perishable foodstuffs to neighbouring countries buh due to it's highly unpolished quality,it is of very little value.Import from China is killing ECOWAS.

Like in this central part was constructed first because it consists of the lifts and atrium which are encased in those hexagonal shearwalls (which are also vital in resisting wind load). The rest of the building is normal reinforced columns supporting slabs so no - it's not just for cladding. It's good to find actual professionals here unlike quacks like kazikazi.
