Last i read the FG told all states a few years back to draw a road map (tourism masterplan)..the thing is every state has one natural or cultural view that can attract billions but the past govt saw it as irrational and focus on oil alone...But it is refreshing to know that most state has kick start the plan,while some are still drawing up a plan. ..you need to see the natural beauty surrounding bauchi state trust me you would be marvelled ..

I agree,though some countries like Ghana are trying to kickstart their tourism sector.But there are some beautiful places in Nigeria.But the thing is no one cares.Did you know the plateau bird can only be found in plateau state in Nigeria?or another bird,it has a weird name,can only be found ibadan city in Nigeria? But no one cares! look at idanre hills,it's like a Nigerian cape town! (without the development) but no one cares.The locals have lived there for over a millennium.But no one cares!
