Qudkom: Thanks for your reply sir, in answering the above questions, 1. The sponsor indicated of the affidavit that he's my uncle and my legal authorized guardian 2. The account he's using his a business account and I paid my fee through that account, I guess the inflow and outflow of the account is good. 3. I've an MSC which I acquired in 2018, and b4 that I had my bachelors degree in 2014, but due to the fact that I applied for an advance diploma I didn't indicate that I have an MSC while applying for admission. 4. I have 3 years working experience but it has a marketer for a company in Lagos, I wouldn't like to indicate this working experience |

[Quotes author=IceTrice01 post=77378098] Thanks for your reply sir, in answering the above questions, 1. 4. I have 3 years working experience but it has a marketer for a company in Lagos, I wouldn't like to indicate this working experience
Lol please stop calling me sir. Based on what you provided and I hope others can provide more info: 1. Using your uncle isn't a bad idea, but the VO will want to know why your parents can't sponsor you and also the number of dependents he has to decide to invest millions in your education abroad. 2. You cant hide your work experience, the VO needs to understand what youvr been doing since 2014 and if you cant do that then your study gaps might count against you. Hence, refusal based on purpose of visit. 3. Your uncle sponsoring you with his company account is a little tricky. The VO's will need to understand why he will want to use business funds to sponsor you. Afterall he needs to pay workers, fund project, conduct business etc. And if there ate overdrafts in the company account then thats a huge redflag. If he can back it up with a savings account or transfer funds then you're good. 4. Your work experience as to tally with the program you are vying for and your previous degree. 5. You need a sound SOP. Please this is just my opinion you are free to discard it or use it. So please fix the obvious loop holes and remember if it doesn't look good or sound right to you then it won't to a trained visa officer. Work on your study gap timeline, sponsor portfolio etc. All the best 1 Like |

June 2018 to November 2018 was the craziest period in the history of Canadian visa applications. Canada received over seventy thousand applications which include visit, spousal and study permits. This is crazy and it was the highest in the whole world. Unfortunately, over 80 percent of these applications went to London visa office. This huge application overwhelmed the visa officers that an emergency immigration committee was formed and they brainstormed on how to attend to this backlog. You know Oyinbos with their funny ways of reasoning, they reasoned that many Nigerians wanted to run away because of the just concluded election. And as such, need to discharge those applications by mass refusals. In fact, a CEO of one of our popular banks was refused a tourist visit visa that time. 3 Likes |
There's nothing wrong in this private college because it in the list of designated learning institute to host International students but I will gladly advise you not to apply to the school instead, try public or community college eg Fanshawe college, Algonquin, Conestoga college, Centennial college, humber college, George brown college, Niagara college, Durham college, Fleming college etc PS: the colleges I mentioned are fully accredited. Thank you so much for your support. |

alftdbts: The Lord of mercy will show you mercy, I don’t like asking pple to show their timeline or profile of what they submitted only if I didn’t see it in their previous post. I checked your Previous posts and I could see all you submitted which some pple didn’t do up to that but got it. I believe you will agree with me that some VOs just want to use their human nature to stand in pples way. If UK ask for 10 things and you give them, your visa will be granted but if Canada ask for 10 things and you give them 15 that doesn’t mean they will still give you the visa. All said, from my view of your case file you uploaded, I believe you need to convince the VO about your course of study because sincerely it’s cheaper in Nigeria than in Canada based on the stupid VOs extensive search about the course. But just try and convince the next VO and lock his or her heart with the word of God if you believe in it for your next application. Who knows, the next VOs heart may be arrested by the word of God. 4 Likes |

Dear Seniors n Gurus, I need your advice, I intend to sell off 2 of my investments a land n car to have liquid cash in my account as most of my money is tied on investments e.g land, Mutual fund, rsa etc. My questions 1. Can I open a dorm account and pay the money into a dollar account. 4. Can I submit investments that are in my spouses name during my application? "Open sources ......" - the course you chose is available in Nigeria at a cheaper rate. And your SOP was not strong enough to convince the VO of the reason for your going to school abroad. The VO "just see am plain say na waka you dey" alftdbts: 1 Like |

kpizzle: Bro if you are may/june and July applicant you would understand the influx of application that went to London office. Then you must have gotten the email from London saying they receive more application than normal. (coupled the fact that during those periods VFS was overcrowded) Asking for the source is kinda funny to me if you don't believe him, just discard it. That was how someone was telling me to show the evidence of why I said there were a lot of diploma visa refusal in 2018 (I laughed in Hausa). I can't just see a diploma refusal letter that is base on purpose of visit and conclude gibberish without going through a series of Gcms notes 1 Like |
