Dolapok: Have you tried raising a CSE and sending an email to Nairobi? if NO then try to, you might just be lucky to get a positive response or get your application to be revisited with a swift update |

Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 15 by Qudkom(m): 7:32pm On Apr 09, 2019 |
Timothyphillips:For the finance part. I'll advice you pay first semester tuition (familiarise yourself with refund policies of the school first) get your parents preferably to sponsor you. A good account with good inflow/outflow and nothing less than 10-15mill after tuition payment is key. If you have any other inquires holla. |

JustMellow: My sponsor is my maternal uncle and my legal authorized guardian. Yes, I've about $1,800 in my dorm account which I want to use as my living expenses. I'm not gainfully employed, I'm just a marketer for a company in Lagos who gets paid on commission. I'll appreciate your quick response. |

Qudkom: The assertion of having a minimum of 10million as closing balance is okay, but not mandatary. A good inflow and outflow works the magic. A federal Government worker with reasonable pay is suitable in this instance. |

Thanks for your response ,Please I would like to know your suggestion on this issue.Do you suggest medical should be submitted upfront or an applicant should wait till it's been requested of him/her?Does it make an difference if all documents that will be submitted are not red seal copy or is it compulsory they are red sealed? Anyone going to or already in Sudbury, Ontario?? Been searching for an apartment for quite sometime now. Unfortunately, I’m most of the ones I’ve seen are above my budget. Now, I’m in need of someone who’s willing to split bills, or better still, recommend affordable places within the area. Nothing above $600 please. 1 Like |

It may increase or the decline in the future based on the number of applicants. It is just a guide for a new applicants to know the average visa processing time in the past. |

Qudkom:.. ... Thanks again @Qudkom. I guess marriage would deal with the Home ties issue. So if I have less 10mil does it mean no way to Canny for me? |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 15 by Qudkom(m): 10:12pm On Apr 09, 2019 |
Timothyphillips: No at all!!! The 10mill is just to be safe. You have a family so do well to: 1. Include your marriage and birrh certificate of you and your kids. 2. Make sure you include your wifes employment documents. Because they will wonder who will take care of your family when you are in canada. If she's gainfully employed then it's a plus. 3. If you can show receipts that youvr paid your kids school fees for lets say the next 2-3 terms then they no things are save back home. It can also make them believe you wonr try to play smart and bring your family at least not immediately*** 4. Property documents if you have. 5. A detailed compilation of documents to prove what you've been doing since your last degree. 6. Detailed SOP 7. I keep mentioning about your family because that is your golden hometie. And make sure you read my post on home ties very important. 8. You can claim you have an family emergency account just incase anything pops up in your absence 500k-2mill will do it you have the means. That will also make the VO believe you are serious about coming back and you have things in place for your family. Remember you have to be COHESIVE AND CALCULATED when compiling your documents. If it doesn't sound right or look good then it won't in the eye of a trained VO. All the best. 1 Like |

peruz: Basically, IRCC made us to believe that upfront medicals speeds up the processing of an application. However, when an applicant undergoes an upfront medical exam prior to their application submission, the foreseeability of securing the visa is 50/50 as you will be left for a decision to be communicated to you. On the contrary, when applicant is instructed to undertake a medical exam during visa processing, chances are 90/100 that he/she will be approved. At the end you're left with the decision to select which you feel would work for you. With respect to your last question, it doesn't make any difference or impact. All documents can be submitted without being on a red seal copy, provided that the documents bears an official stamp or signature. Good Luck! 6 Likes |
