I am worried about this part though, because Selling foodstuffs like Frozen foods is one of most viable businesses in Nigeria with Maximum profit & Zero losses of you do it in a good area because even during Civil wars, World wars etc, people must by buy food & eat.

If you invest 1M or 1.5M on Frozen foods business in a good POPULATED area, Honestly you should make triple in 4 months, Starting from Turkey, Chicken, Croca fish etc. The woman who owns a frozen food store in my area drives Benz oh!

You need a good capital & a new strategy.

it's all about patronage.
If you can retail large volumes of product and your sourcing is good,ie you buy at good price, you must make money

May be she's not the business type. Let her check the schools around you at least she can teach social studies, civic education and some other subjects. Even if the pay is 50k let her start with that gradually she'll grow.

She should get a teaching Job, some schools in ph pay very well. And your kids won't have to pay so much for school fees because there's usually discounts for teachers who are also parents. It will give her time for the home too

Seconded. OP should encourage his wife to go into teaching. Your kids would pay almost half of the tuition. And that's a big relief for you n family.

What's the nature of your job @OP? Have you thought about providing your wife with the help you seek?

You can employ her as a PA, Secretary, etc. If you run your own business, it makes it easier. Employ her and place her on a monthly salary. Give her roles, deadlines, allow her arrange your meetings, meetup with clients, incoming and outgoing calls, mails, etc.

If you work in someone else's company and can't find a suitable placement for her within your schedule, place her on a monthly salary (stipends) for her roles within the home. I know you give her money but make it formal this time until she finds a better job.

To say your wife has been 'jobless' for 7 years is very inappropriate.

I am a regular 9 to 5 person.

Like every woman(mother), her hands are full with the kids but we are just pushing the limits and challenging ourselves to see if she can be earning income for herself.
