Yes, Hollywood are guilty of that, and even when they use the same race, they ignore the actors from that continent. For example, I feel it's a travesty casting Whittaker as the voodoo priest in Black Panther when we have African actors resident in Africa that would've pulled off that role better than Whittaker. Pete Edochie would've been a better option. But they don't trust African-based actors. It's disrespectful. That's the same way that Arabs lashed out against Aladdin because Disney neglected Arabian actors and actresses based in Asia for their European based ones.
