Hello guys

Who got admitted into Memorial University for Fall Semester here?

Also house, I got rejected on the 17th of May 2019, based one: • I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status. ONLY

I used my uncles Bank Statement of 10.5million

What can I do pls advice.
Hi, I think Frankrobbn1 has carefully and technically addressed your issue and the steps you need to take to address the VO's concern. Please go back to the previous page before this one and you can read up his response to your post. Several others have also contributed to the steps you need to take going further, the solution lies within those responses, just take time to read them up. Thanks

Okay. So now I should provide my own acct statement, having #30k? I’m not working ooo

Yes I have paid $2000CAD towards my 1st term tuition.

But now bro, I have two sponsors; my uncle who provided the 1st statement of account who’s having like #5million in his statement now and my other uncle who’s having over #20million in his bank statement. Do I still need to provide mine?

How do I order the gcms notes?

Also, what’s the link to reapply?

Thanks optimusprime21

pls am a graduate of Agricultural Engineering, graduated 2011 with 2:1 ,did my pg programme in civil Engineering and concluding my masters in civil Engineering next month , I would love to go for masters in mathematics in Canada, I really need some guidance pls (someone who can carry me along )
I have a cousin in Canada thou but I don't really think he can do much for me, I just want to do it myself pls ,graduated since 2011
Why do you want to go for another master's in mathematics? Your B.Eng is agriculture, PGD civil, masters civil, So, why switch now? Are you currently working? What's your career line, Agriculture, civil, or mathematics? These questions should guide your choice of program and course because the VO may raise a redflag for purpose of visit due to lack of academic/career progression.

I think your best bet would be to go for a PhD in civil engineering. If you have a good grade in your PgD and Masters degrees and apply early for September 2020 intake, you could get a scholarship as well. Good luck

I just came in over the weekend and tried calling peopleready. And its seems I will need a social security number.

How long does it take in getting social security number? And where in Ottawa

The bolded is typo bah? Or maybe you're still used to the state's system.

Canada own is social insurance number.

Did you clear yourself at the port of entry? Cause after you're done with the immigration officer, you would be directed to where to get your SIN and know your right as an employee.
You can't work without your SIN.
You can get your sin via

Visit: servicecanada.gc.ca

You can also call them on 8002067218

You can as well visit any service Canada centre near you
Call this number 8006226232 to find the centre nearest to you.

PS: it doesn't take more than 30 mins to get your SIN

Welcome!

I will advise you look into schools dat offer an advanced course (masters) in agricultural engineering cos I don't see why u do a degree in agriculture, do a pg in civil and want to do a masters in maths.. which one is your passion?... wen u get admission... den u can come here to make inquiries on visa but I will advise do not mention you are have a masters but even if u do, den u go for PhD but there's no progression in what u have done... get admission 1st
I mailed you

If I may ask, does the birth certificate need to be notarized before uploading?

It doesn't need to be notarized so long as it already bears an official signature and stamp from the issuing body.

Sometimes it's inappropriate to just ask such question cause I believe there are rules in this thread.

This question has been answered so many times.

Have you been checking for apartments on Kijiji?

Then try and understand first and last payment in Ontario whilst you won't see in Kijiji (meaning any payment you see on Kijiji, you're paying double for first and last month of your lease and also key fee $50 which would be returned back to you if you didn't lose your key.

You can chat with them but don't allow them to know you're chatting outside Canada cause they don't joke with time here. Cause they will certainly fix an appointment with you.

Anyone you see and like, lemme know... So I go check it up and know if the distance is okay.

Will go now.

Guys , pls, a friend of mine contacted some agents to apply for his permit and during the process . The agents never asked him if he's been refused visa for any country b4 and it appears the agents filled No for that part in the IMMM form . Whereas, dude has been refused USA visa b4.
So, he said the embassy sent a mail that he should respond to the allegation of "withholding vital info .....blah blah blah " within 7 days and the agents still told him they will sort it out that he shouldn't bother .
What I don't know is weda or not the agent lodged the application in a representative capacity .

At the end of the day , my guy was banned for 5 years .
Pls, what's the way forward as sin of agents is being visited on innocent applicant .

Bracha, frankrobbn1, makano (my man ) qudcom @mcobex and other gurus on this forum

I doubt if there is a thing he could do now that the ban has been implemented, he has no choice other than to serve out the 5yrs ban. He got the chance to explain his case when he was sent a procedural fairness letter but the agent also jeopardized it for him.

The agent should have done better and the guy should have acted smarter.

Hello house,

Please, is there any school that doesn't required to have a supervisor for Msc admission and that also give scholarship?

For the past 2 months, I have been sending an email to various supervisors with no positive response. Some don't even reply.

I would appreciate any suggestion

If the reason why you plan for a new masters in mathematics in Canada is to find a way into Canada, i think you should go through express entry .

Thanks, I find this helpful. I have been calling the two clinics and I even sent them an email but none of them is responding. Are you in Canada already? If yes, we could meet up if you are living in the GTA. If no, kindly let me know whenever you get here.

Hey! It’s better not to respond at all. It would have been great if you use this same energy to type the answer to the simple question. The process is not new to me. I already called the two clinics but none was responding. I have guided a lot of people on this thread during their application process and some still send me DM till date.I have gone through the process before in 2014 and I knew the fee must have changed and appointment wasn’t needed at that time. I was only asking the question to have an idea of the fee. My wife is actually the principal applicant who was asked to go for medicals because of her PR application. Thanks
