It is, but not as capable as a 4runner. It is said, if you wanna go offroading, go with a Land Rover Discovery, but if you wanna go off-road and come back alive with your truck, get a 'yota off-road truck. But then, you must do modifications to these trucks to make them fully off-road capable. Things like lift the suspension 2-3" off the ground more, take away the foot step and install slide rails, install off-road tyres, install snorkel.

You're right chief. We've got Land Cruiser's at work, very lazy on the highway (I repeat very lazy) but beasts on any uneven road, mud or small streams. It'll cross and climb anywhere, although the diesel consumption leaves a lot to be desired.

Very tough and rugged to tame any terrain. Nothing stops it. But it gulps Diesel oil like mad cos it weights 2.5tons

Truck easily tows other vans that are stuck, it's very powerful - only downside is the diesel consumption, for a brand new truck it uses an average of 13 Mpg on the highway.

Hello guys. I eventually scanned the car and got these codes.

P0170..Fuel trim bank 1
P0301, P0302, P0303, P0304....Cylinder1 to 4 misfire
P0340... Camshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Bank 1 or Single Sensor

I want to believe p0170 is responsible for the cylinder misfires but I welcome any suggestions.
As for the p0170, Google search revealed air filter, air filter housing, MAF sensor as likely causes. I've changed the maf and air filter. The air filter however looks good.

Any suggestions pls?

Also how do I tackle the p0340 error. What do I look out for?
