Yes Sir, the one with band 28 should most likely be the Taiwanese version

So no hope for Glo 4G on RN7?

But are there truly 30 people with RN7 with the same issue as hers on queue?
I dunno o. I don't work for Xiaomi but I highly doubt that.

Like I said Glo are deploying a new LTE band 3 albiet slow deployment. If you are in areas where it is present then Glo 4G is a go. Otherwise buy a universal MIFI, that way you even get more battery backup from your device

Thank you. Las las I understood the difference. Google's Zip code is universal while Nipost own is for that particular facility (i.e the Post office itself gan gan)

My questions don dey plenty nowadays oh

I'm having this argument with an electronics retailer that it is possible to hook up a small USB hub to a phone and connect stuff like Flash drives, keyboards, mouse and even printer USB cables as if the phone were a laptop (PS: it's just a theory sha)

He is of the opinion that it'll fry the phone's mother board or at the very least destroy the phone's battery.

So I want to go and prove him wrong today. Is it possible to use a portable (non-powered) USB hub on an android device?

I think the power draw will be too much on the phone. Try plugging a hard drive trough OTG to your device use it for 15mins even if it is just to transfer stuff and see how many percent of battery you will lose and hot it will be. Then imagine plugging an external mouse (0.5 - 2.5W), Keyboard 2.5W above and a hard drive at a maximum of 7.5W.

Your phone can't take it. So the Electronics retailer was right.

No it won't, but I won't make it a habit, cos it will affect your battery in a not too distant time

MY HONEST REVIEW

Redmi 7 is fabulous, no issues with proximity sensor, camera is superb and i am not even using gcam, battery life is very okay, display is perfect in sunlight, call volume very okay except if you have thick wax in your ears grin
It has a very sleek nice feel and the fone looks like premium grade. I used the chager in the box and the fone charges fast ( i wonder why they say its not fast). Sound/music from the speaker is perfect. I am not getting adverts and the few that popped up, i turned them off in recommendations. I am using the theme that came with the fone and i love it; i am not really a fan of twerking fones. Discovered so many cool features on the fone that pleases me. I am glad to be a xiaomite! smiley

N.B. dont watch YouTube reviews, those guys are drunk. I really cant see any thing bad about the fone
True, I wonder what is the complaint about the camera of the RN7 for? I don't even need to use the installed gcam. The phone has all I need in a phone. Great battery, nice glassy, premium look.
