So much deviation from TB so far. Well, back to the intent of the thread. Have you guys used i-invest app to execute your TB mission? Their rate seems great only for the obvious that they don't pay upfront but until maturity of the fund subscribed for. Much like a mutual fund in operation but better rates. Who has been using the i-invest app to invest in TB and how has the experience been? Candid view please! |

kryptem:Their rates are very attractive. Some people with testimonies will reply you and I doubt if there is any problem with them. 1 Like |

kryptem:I've being using them since October 2018. And I always acknowledges their services. They are in partnership with sterling bank for now but I believed they will soon be too big to be hiding under the bank thanks to their credibility and the way they simplify money market investment. |

igbizen:The penalty is 30% of the available profit and payment is always instant. This is consistent with the rule of Tbills: You can never lost your money and you must always gain. |

Barrytone: Instead of sweating to build houses that will take years and stress to recoup the money why not just buy land. Lots of land in good areas . Where I stay , we moved in the late '90s . Land the. Was about 150k Now its about 2-5m for a plot. |

Buying of lands is still very risky. Unless the very expensive ones. People are extremely greedy now. I bought a plot of land from a family for 5M, I just found out that the land was also sold to a guy by the last born of the family. Although my lawyer has assured me of victory, the case has been in the court for 2years plus now. [/quote] 3 Likes |
