I've been suspecting something like this so I used the opportunity to peep. Later the boy went to her back and started squeezing her breast from behind. Mehn.. I'm sad, shocked, bad.. Everything. I called him and I pretended not to see anything, why? Now that the problem is identified, first pray about it for God given wisdom to handled it, then sit him down for discussion in a gentle way to get more facts,if there are others that can counsel him try to inform them but be careful about whom you informed ,send the maid away and keep your eyes on the boy before he grown wings try to change his thought and mind through proper dialogue and God will help you

Why don't you channel this hurting emotions to re-address the issue.Aside sending the house help away,that might not be the only available option.Won't you get another house help.

Don't blame yourself, pls let the maid go, take your child inside your room and show him some goodies, give it to him even ice cream

Then encourage him to open up and tell you what he knows and how long it has been going

This time around if the school is involved, report him to his school authorities

I'll say withdraw him from school for a year or two to cut off any wrong influence on him from that angle, secondly if your wife is self employed, let her take him everywhere or get a young family member or your mother in law to come and stay home with him.

Meanwhile let him know you saw what he did and it's very bad, let him admit with his mouth that he deserves to be beaten. Then beat him very very well. Deny him treats for a whole month. Put that fear in him so he won't want to experience the beating again..

Both need counseling. Both might not know what they are doing, probably caught it up on TV or when you and your wife were doing it.

Don't be judgemental and assume its your maid that taught him, it could have been the other way or both caught up on it together and tried practicing. Get the both of them together and talk to them and let them know what they are up to is wrong and get to know how they learnt it. You and your wife might have been the tutor if you do such around the house.

Go and ask women abroad how they manage to work full time and still raise their own children without househelp. Unlike these ones in Nigeria who after just one child, they can't do chores again. House helps are then put in place to assume the duties of a wife and mother.

Send her away after she is gone .. then cook up a story that the maid is evil. You will be serious about it
discuss this with your wife when you know your son is just around the corner. You and your wife will be so serious about it and this will send a message of fear into your boy. Infact you can even do some ojuju calabar stunt and you will tell him that is the spirit of the maid at work.
Why all this sex is a great stuff and no one will touch bobby and kpekus and remain the same. So you have to take extra measure as well to bring him back to normal. If you do all this he will have this fear for girls which will correct itself later in life.
