Umahi is not paying full salaries, while Obiano increased workers salaries and pays as at when due, Ebonyi is supposed to be an Agric state but Anambra under Obiano performs far more in Agric than Ebonyi, Anambra rice is even growing faster than Ebonyi rice. Only a brain dead person will compare Obiano to Umahi or say Obiano is not doin anything

Yes they sure will take lots of fund. I think he has requested for loans and the state house of assembly has approved them.

We only hope that they are judiciously used to complete the project.
But the good thing is that he hasn't left any project unfinished. Actually he has finished several projects, so we can only hope the loan will also be used to finish these ones of today.

As Nigerian man, he will surely corner some percent of the loan but the important thing is he finishes the project and they are at acceptable standard, which i believe they will be.

His four fly overs are a testament of the standard of his projects.

Yes and he's frugal too, and he monitors his projects as a certified engineer. I'm sure he will deliver with the funds he has gotten so far.

long term goals when the people of today are hungry. Believe me, 80% of the money needed for this project would be a loan. It's like taking a loan to buy a car because you believe that tomorrow you would need it. Schools, skill acquisition, companies are what this state need. We have lots of white elephant projects in Nigeria and this one is soon joining the list

Sentiments apart, Umahi is genuinely committed to transforming Ebonyi state. Visit Abakaliki and you would gape your mouth in awe.. He is not like that usurper in Enugu who has sworn to destroy all the good works of Sullivan Chime. He specialises in erecting signboards and noise making while his tenure drifrs away. The worst Sullivan did was bringing this man and handing Enigu state to him.

California has air traffic passengers of 16Million, while Nigeria as a country struggles with less than half of that.

But let's look on the optimistic side of life. If he finishes this project, who are those to gain from it?? The last time I checked, even a wealthy state like Lagos borrows to finance projects, which became a beacon of development, were the people not hungry as at when such projects where done??

Let Umahi pursue his long term goals, if Akpabio Akpabio did it, like one dude said earlier, Umahi is gonna be a success in this too.

Airport might take years to be built, but what if he changes that narrative? What if he wows us, by doing the unthinkable?

I'm hopeful he would do so, coz the greater percentage of Ebonyians have never had it so good, since he came on board. I pray he would finish and commission it, before his handover.
