I have been trying to update my whatsapp , it kept telling me that its too big for cellular data, that I should use WiFi. Even with the WiFi, it still didn't download. How do I set my phone to easily download anything I want to download. I am using windows phone.

Are you using windowsphone 10, if not then WhatsApp no longer works on earlier windowsphone versions. U can as well google search the WhatsApp file and install
