On one of the calls I worked on yesterday, the rep was wishing the customer happy holidays... I guess that's the reason for the absence of calls. Notwithstanding, I picked a 6min webly call this morning. They should better come back from holiday and let's get busy o. I just quit my job this month to face them fulltime . Hi guys, I am a newbie to this but I have signed up and passed the test, I tried my first call but was rated 2, with the reasons stated.
