Most bad experiences and attacks on Nigerians is a direct result of the activities of IGBO criminals in those countries, address this to IGBO leaders instead of applying the "Nigerians" label to it!

My friend is in Thailand on Vacation with his partner.

He is a young, successful person.... He called last night complaining endlessly how Thai officials kept dragging them up and down over NDLEA certificate.

Who has experienced such in Thailand recently?

Thanks to the activities of Nigerians in SE Asia, Nigerians visiting Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam and Cambodia now require NDLEA clearance certificate.

Needless tribalism killing us all.
The credit card fraudsters, scammers, and drug dealers in the US, Canada, Britain, Saudi Arabi etc are they also mostly Igbo criminals?
Is the JagaBandit of bullion vans not an indicted drug dealer? Is he also an Igbo criminal?

The real solution, let Nigerians and other nationalities leave SA. It's unfortunately a case of immigrants not wanted.

The politicians will not do much because they also need foreigners who the masses will blame for their poverty. Without foreigners, the politicians will be in the spot light.

This is not a one off. It is a recurring decimal. Let Nigerians leave

It would be great to say let south Africans also leave, but unfortunately they are investing and succeeding in our economy. While we are stealing and investing in other economies.

Sometimes I think if it had been South African firms that took over nepa the story would have been different.

Your numbers don't add up.
Does not change the fact that indices show IGBOs are the majority criminals holding Nigerian passports in all hotbeds around the globe with direct reflection on innocent Nigerians.
IGBO criminals are the game changers and a small boy or girl like you cannot change the reality!

This latest South African attacks (and previous ones) can be directly linked to IGBO criminal activities in the last decades in South Africa - fact!

Alot of the people who went to destroy shoprite and mtn offices are hypocrites. This also includes online warriors like some of you reading this comment. Yes YOU!!!!

How many of these Nigerian protesters both onsite and online will be willing for DStv to be shut down and forfeit watching Super Sports (EPL, LA LIGA, SERIE A, CHAMPIONS LEAGUE) for at least 3 months so as to register our grievances against the barbaric treatment on our people in SA?

You reading this comment, are you angry with South Africa enough to demand DStv shutdown? undecided

Honestly, i think the Nigerian govt is to be blamed, they allowed these attacks by south africans to linger on for years without making decisive decisions .

But i want to ask a serious question, is it a law or rule that the Nigerian president must only address the country on certain days like independence day, democracy day etc?
you have a point but lets call a spade a spade we nigerians are the problem ,this our mentality of being sharp (outsmarting one another) this attitude has eaten so deep in many of us we cant do anything the right way again .Now we have exported these attitude to other countries these is the end result maiming and killing our people. You cant deal with any handy man in nigeria without having issues from mechanics to electricians to plumbers they all want to outsmart you .THe other day i wanted to buy mtn recharge card for 500 the woman said it was 530 i was so pissed. We need to start frowning at these behaviour of outsmarting one another i think that is where the problem lies

that's a lie, a big lie, the south African savages are attacking all black foreigners not just Nigerians because they said they want their lands back as if black foreigners are the white men that stole their lands so think of something else to say, cos all this long rubbish you said does not justify zonophobia

Also about MTN, go and ask dealers ,MTN has the most expensive wholesale recharge card, while other networks can be selling for 60 MTN will be selling for 90 there was a time it was 97 ,so dont come here and say what you dont know ,you should have asked yourself why it is only MTN recharge card that is always affected with price hike.

Don't mind them, who is at a loss arising from their action. Some brainless idiots did not know what is causing the so called xenophobia in S A . How many Nigerians have the type of employable investments the S African investors have in Nigeria, rather the Nigerian so called business men and women in the other countries only engaged in importation of goods from other advanced countries like China, India , Taiwan , Sweden , France etc. etc. just down fall and collapse industrial the industrial set ups of their host countries thereby causing mass unemployment of the people of the host countries. A good example is what we are witnessing in Nigeria today where almost all industries has collapsed as a result of massive importation and smuggling of second class tokunbo (used goods) and results are the level of insurgency we are witnessing today.

Thank you.

Again, I wonder why our government has failed to condemn the heinous crimes going on in the name of reprisal attacks.

Loads of Nigerians have lost assets. While our FG is asking SA to compensate victims, who is going to compensate the owners of the shops looted in Lagos and those who have are daily losing businesses because they cant open shops!

Why are the leaders so slow in making moves?

They always wait for individuals and for opposition to speak before they make any statement.

The FG is doing its bit and those state like Lagos state which are directly affected are doing their own. Ibread the Lagos state Gov. said he would protect those affected.

We don't want to own this truth that many nations around the world have become hostile to any green passport!

Nigeria and South Africa alike don't seem to want to get to the root of the problem in South Africa? People are playing to the gallery right now.

The same way we shy from addressing the roots of our internal problems (BH, herdsmen, rustlers, miners, kidnappers, yahoo, ethic agitations etc).

I think if our countries STOP being extremely selfish and CORRUPT and face the issue of educating and empowering the vast majority of the youths, and indeed everyone, we would have solved the problems by more than half! But our terrible appetite for corruption, get-rich-quick and I-better-pass-my neighbour tendencies would not let us. We claim we have democracy but you cant even come near your rep in your area, soon after election is over!

When leaders think they do not owe the people any explanations for anything, they end up creating lack of trust, and end up with a total dis-connect to reality.

Let me shock you - Thais will treat their own nationals who have lived in Nigeria almost the same way they treated your friend. Same with Europeans and others. They think there is something here that corrupts anyone that comes in contact with it!

We have to learn from that old saying - Charity begins at home. If we have lack of love for our fellow citizens, dont expect neighbours to love you!

You just spoke my mind.
