I kinda agree that Cisse isn't so great, but don't take the success of their tournament from him

I can't remember them beating us twice, I know 1-1 and 1-0

Real Madrid are considering a swoop for Samuel Chukwueze to replace Wales star Gareth Bale if he leaves the capital outfit in the upcoming transfer windows.

Bale has been regularly linked with a transfer to Manchester United in recent months and saw a move to Chinese club Jiangsu Suning fall through at the last minute in the summer transfer window.

Spanish transfer market website Fichajes has claimed that Los Blancos are combing the market for a winger and Chukwueze has emerged as a low cost alternative to replace Bale.

It has been suggested that Villarreal are resigned to losing Chukwueze at the end of the 2019-2020 season, with a host of clubs, including Barcelona, keen to sign the winger.

A prized move to a more glamorous club is on the cards for the Diamond Academy product, having impressed for club and country over the last one year.

Chukwueze dazzled for the Golden Eaglets at the 2015 FIFA U17 World Cup and was snapped up by Villarreal in August 2017 after turning 18.

Chukwueze to Real Madrid ?

God forbid...
so they will treat him like trash once he start underperforming?

Nigeria players should not near real Madrid and especially Barcelona if he is not a defensive midfielder

Chaaiii... You are intelligent. Very smart you are. That is what some have discovered and just do. Attention seekers like the one shouting up and down that Senegal is waaaayyyyy better and all their players will walk into our team. grin Some posts are just silly and better ignored than engaged. It is only some who genuinely have opposing views but some just do this for attention.... Lol....

Before you post a counter argument, always do your research so you don't confidently display your ignorance. Barkley's Granddad is Nigerian.

It doesn't make him black.

Mariah Carey's father is a black man, but she would be caucasian to most, and mixed, in fact.

Barkley is not black, he's mixed, or racially ambigous.

Secondly, keep this same energy for South American footballers that also marry young, okay?

From a commenter on quora on the question if Mariah Carey is Black.

In America she would be classified as “Black “ but if you look at her without knowing her history then you would think she's white.

It's a complicated but personally coming from a mixed family myself being mixed Indian and white even though I look more white than Indian I would still say Im Indian so I guess Mariah considers herself black.

it was the write-up by columnist, Kelvin Mackenzie, which caused the most uproar as he compared Barkley to a “gorilla at the zoo”.

Anderson hinted that Mackenzie was fully aware of Barkley’s Nigerian roots, which could explain the racist taunt.

From an article of a racist abuse of Ross Barkley.

Growing up watching lots of Black entertainment news and shows, I have always known the mixed raced guys were not exempted from racial abuse or seen as black.

Even though Barkley is mixed, especially to the racists, he is black in their eyes.

hi i've been following your argument i agree with your postulation about nigeria not being there yet. also to some extent about senegal being better than us but only as regards how many world class players they have. however other than that it's not so clear cut that the senegalese are that much better and i'll give reasons why

1) you rightly mentioned they beat us in a friendly but you failed to mention that it was a slim 1-0 victory and that according to match reports we also troubled them but failed to convert our chances. the other friendly we played against them way back in 2017 finished 1-1 and it was a back and forth affair we even finished stronger in that game sef. based on your argument that ukraine's result against portugal can't be hyped until it's repeated consistently over time then it will be hasty to conclude senegal's supremacy over just because of a one loss to them. even in this afcon despite the fact that they got to the final i wasn't overly impressed with them. who did they even beat? Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Benin and Tunisia "power houses" of african football. even against Tunisia it was an unfortunate owngoal that gave them victory. Algeria beat them hands down twice without breaking a sweat at least we put up a fight.

2) even based on world cup performances last year senegal had an easier group than us but what was the result? defeated a Poland we also beat in a friendly. lost to arguably south america's fourth best team with a half fit James Rodriguez and drew with common japan. as bad as we were we lost to world cup finalists in Croatia and succumbed to a Messi inspired Argentina.

As for Algeria for a few years now except for recently they had players in better teams than us but that didn't stop us flogging them 3-1 at home during the world cup qualifiers with no where near the quality of personnel we have now. just like you said before a one of game can't be used to judge supremacy

I know that so well...That's why you call him black?... I also heard Iwobi's grand mum is white...or were it his grand dad, could you have ever called him white? Do you know the number of phenotipically black looking people who have a white grand parent, yet they are seen and called black by everybody? I mean you wouldn't even guess they're part white...

What i mean is, Barkley is Nigerian and white, that's all.

I know of the one-drop rule that holds true only in America. Once you have a black parent, you are automatically black, no matter how pale you are.

This rule does not apply outside of America, and no one in Britain would actually call a Ross Barkley black. Anthony Joshua's grandmother is white, does that mean he's white?

This is in respect to racism. Keep in mind in the past, the white racists did not want their kids whether boy or girl having children with the Africans.

So a child from a mixed breed would be considered a n***r child. That is the same thing playing out. It is the black in them that carries the term.

Nobody calls Wentworth Miller a nigger child and he has a whole black parent. The entire idea of race, in my opinion, should be based on a reasonable man.

If you did not know Barkley had a Nigerian grandparent, would you call him black? If you saw him walking down the street, would you think him a black man? Is it likely that Ross Barkley would be attacked by a white racist, if he was just another random guy walking down the street?

Gueye isn't better than Ndidi..None of their striker this season is performing better than Osimhen... Their goalkeeper isn't better than Uzoho..maybe more experienced... Chukwueze may be inexperienced but his performance in a league like the laliga shows how good he is...which of Senegal wingers are currently better than him?

not better than Ndidi ? Wetin Musa no go see for gate !!! Keep hyping your Averaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaggeeeeeeeeeeeeeee players while the give me ammunition to shoot y'all down

The problem is that they know his Nigerian roots. A white looking dude who has his afro roots exposed would not be looked as white.

Racism has never been reasonable.

Those Bulgarians did not see Barkley as one of them.

Racists abhor people of their race who mix up with others, just as much as they abhor the other races, sometimes even more.
