How were they mass producing weapons, what do you know about their economy. back then virtually everything of quality that ever got produced were of USSR just like China of today. They had the natural resources to back up their development but were hindered solely by the political, cultural and religious differences. Only Russia was concerned with weapons while the rest regions focused on boosting the economy.

Get out of the gov sky-scrappers built by their gov last decade - and Dar is a sea of slums.

You know the country is about size of Nigeria - and outside Dar there is nothing. Their capital city Dodoma is a market center.

Go to Tanzania rural place - you'll see a sea of poverty - poor peasant who don't even own the land - leasing gov land to grow maize and beans. Try their failed education system - despite English being taught for 12yrs - they cannot speak it.

There is equally such development in Ghana. per good road quality, Tz don't even have it better than Mali ( A war zone in west africa ) kenya had done well in this regards, you cant compare Ghana social quality system to your country. the kind of similar houses live by Ghanaian in Ghana are mostly occupied by forienger in TZ. better houses and bigger recreation fercility are all over Ghana ( Accra to be precise , so I don't get your false comparism) here. You amazes me.are u taking pride on working abroad? Have u seen Japanese or south Korean or Singaporean doing that? The reason why African goes to work abroad is lack of employments back home.
