You withdraw via the same channel through which you paid.

There really might not be a "best" way. For speed (sometimes instantaneous) withdrawals, use digital currencies like skrill.

If you want to be having inflow to your bank account in Dollars, use bank wire.

If you like to just do your payment and withdrawals in Naira (for Brokers that have a Representative office in Nigeria), you can use the Naira bank transfer/Deposit method.

It depends on what you want bro.

My gbpusd almost reached the mental sl I have in mind too 1.2960 but still on.
