2. Dial *#*#3646633#*#*

3. Swipe from right to left twice

4. Click on audio

5. Select Volume

6. Select Voice

7. Looking down you'll see a value written 152
Change it to 160

8. Click SET




NOW YOUR IN-CALL VOLUME AT THE HIGHEST SLIDER WILL BE LOUD

I would suggest we are civil in the way we talk, the person u're refering to is not Umidigi, neither is he a customer service rep, everyone making suggestions and helping out is not being paid, so let's be guarded.

I don't think an update will be coming anytime soon, except there's a problem to be solved.

Lolz, we all umidigi is a small company, the presale thingy has been quite instrumental at raising funds for their production but the time line is longgggg oh. But I believe buyers know the risk and are still willing to invest, me no fit do presale for any product again oh.

Umidigi has taught me a lesson in patience. Me no do again. But let's give dem some slack and watch how they'll solve this problem.
