Lampard must have seen that the 3CB rubbish doesn't work except against dinosaur Mou, so he is going to back to a flat 4, that's goodbye for Tomori personally.

Well, he won't be a bad option, from the bench

Liverpool has Origi. I doubt they would splash the cash on Osimhen.

Be intelligent. You still don't understand the angle at all do you? grin or you just keep ignoring it...

Lyon, Valencia, Monaco, Saint Etienne, Nantes are all traditional big guns in their leagues judging from the recent decades. What is Lille? because they only finished Second last season? Please what was their standings domestically in the last two, three, four decades in France. What is their reputation domestically over the last years? cheesy I have spelt this out before in a long post and that informs my current stand as it always has been as regards Big teams.

Lille is not one of France's TRADITIONAL BIG GUNS. Before you speak of Lille, you will have PSG, Monaco, Lyon, Bordeaux, Marseille, St.Etienne and even Nantes. Lille that only won their 3rd Ligue 1 crown in 2011 after over 50 years since their second?? Lol...
Is that rocket science for you or you just keep choosing to jump in and argue unintelligently because of an obviously well channelled bias for Tammy against Osimhen. I see the fear of God is absolutely lacking in your utterance of "Fear God" in itself. Lol grin

Tammy has failed for well more than 95% of the time to deliver in the big games so far this season. He is perhaps another Lukaku in the EPL. Scoring against several of the other teams but hardly doing it against the Big boys. He is simply not a big game player compared to a younger Osimhen. At least not yet.... If ever he will be.

Mickael2:

So you counted Lyon and Valencia(4th placed team in the Spanish league last season) as the top teams that Oshimen has scored against but you didn't count Lille(who finished above Lyon and finished second in the French league, a way better position than Valencia's position) as one of the big teams Tammy has scored against? Fear God oh

He's already on 8. Just 4 behind the leader. He's been scoring for the last three games. That's mad form too. So never say never. But again.... He doesn't have to be top scorer before anyone knows he is really doing "The done" in Turkey. wink

Kelechi Iheanacho for @LCFC this season:

19 minutes vs Luton (1 goal)
66 minutes vs Burton (1 goal)
28 minutes vs Everton (1 goal, 1 assist)
64 minutes vs Aston Villa (1 goal, 1 assist)
39 minutes vs Norwich (None)
90 minutes vs West Ham (1 goal)

Directly involved in a goal every 44 minutes! Crazy!

I have come to understand the way Liverpool's transfer activities work.

When they say they are interested in player A, its because they want to divert attention from another player B whom they're really interested in.

Well, he is already gathering that attention little by little. This guy is Gaziantep's go-to man in all games. He is majorly the reason they sit in 9th for now. They used to be a little well down in the bottom 10.

He just needs to keep scoring to get more attention. And don't forget apart from his 8 goals he has bagged 5 assists too.

That is a direct goal involvement per game. 13 goals involvements in 13 league games.

Just heard that Pellegrini was fired by West Ham after yesterday's loss to Leicester. Very sad undecided

However, I was in a viewing centre today and a fierce argument erupted about who was the better DM overall; Fabinho or Ndidi?

No side capitulated and the summary of it all was this; Fabinho is a better DM at initiating the attack after winning the ball but Ndidi was better at breaking up play/winning the ball than Fabinho.

What do you guys think?

It is a thing of preference.

I can get why many prefer Fabinho, better footballer on the ball and with passes. However, personally, I feel the defensive side of the dmf role is more important than creativity. As long as the dmf can make simple passes for the other players in less risky position to create.

Ndidi has my pick because I feel he is more suited for what I think should be the role of a dmf.
