Dude,Phase 1 is about 80% complete.Phase 2 is close to 30% currently. Are u claiming the remaining 20% of phase 1 needs over a billion to been completed? What is your problem anyway?

FYI,the government took a loan for phase 2! And the money is from dernmark and swiss government not standard charted. Your standard charted just orchestrated the whole deal.And I think its none of ya business if we take loans for development projects
