For reapplication. Should my SOP and LOE be in a single document or seperate document. What I have done is that after I've written my SOP. I left 7 lines and wrote my LOE both in a single document. I hope I'm not making mistake? |

Hello all.... Pls Iam kind of new here. I need your advice on my Study Visa Application. There is a lump sum in my hubby's account (my husband is my sponsor). The said amount 7m naira was transferred to hubby by his brother, who received it from a transport company as a compensation to the family for an autocrash that led to their father's death. How do I present this case to the VO?and what is likely going to be the VO's view? |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 16 by nochyks87: 11:09am On Feb 22, 2020 |
Asapant: For my own reapplication, I wrote the LOE first, then merged the SOP in another page under it. So that once the VO opens it, he/she will first read how I adressed the previous refusal before reading the SOP. Hope this helps 1 Like |

May I please use your template for mine ? At the end of your LOE, did you end it with "yours sincerely" or you wrote "yours sincelrely" at the end of your SOP. nochyks87: |

Kamsiroyce:There are various ways that can be presented, but one way you shouldn't present it is saying that it was a compensation for the loss of a family member. The VO will be skeptical and wonder why you want to use that sole amount to sponsor an education in Canada. You can state that; 1. A gift from your brother to sponsor his education. 2. Let the money mature in his account and he can state that it is the funds set aside for his education. 3. Let the amount represent the sale of a very expensive property. |

Hello house.. need an advice on my application.. I have done and passed medicals and waiting for the next contact from the VO.. last week they asked me to update my new offer letter stating my deferment which I did immediately.. now I know they are doing other background checks to make a decision and I am worried about a particular status that has changed since I submitted my application.. I have changed jobs. When I applied in Nov I was working in a different place from where I am working now.. do I need to still upload my new job offer letter at this stage or just wait it out and not complicate things for myself?... I am really at a crossroad on this and need experienced minds to advise. Cheers |

Appealing a decision means you're requesting for a Judicial Review which you need a service of a Canadian Immigration lawyer to represent you. The cost implication range might be the range 6-8k cad. Omohwummy: |
