I will have agreed with you on this. If they could pay #1.50k last year despite the huge loss.

With the deficit drastically reduced this FYE, BTW #2 to #3 wouldn't be bad ooooooo.

This is my opinion oo. no stones ooooooo.

They did not pay N1.50k last year. The payment was made in 2018 for 2017 FYE. I stand to be corrected.

Where exactly is the heat ...?

If you bought UBA at 9.25 one month ago and it closed today at 6.85, this is 26% loss.

If you invested N100m,you have 74m left.

Same with those who bought Access at 12 and now it 9. i.e. 25% loss.

So how can your body not heat up? grin

And with such a loss and it continues to fall, won't you faint? What if it nears 50% loss. Meaning N50m gone!

Entry is key. Even Ben Graham advised it.

You sold your FCMB. HONEYWELL and WAPCO at loss . So better deal with it and move on.

Meanwhile let the CROSS DEALS and FINISHING TOUCHES going on WAPCO keep getting you and Stcool confused till they released FY result.

if they have not sold and it is not a borrowed fund. Then they will be alright. No need to panic. Staying with 50m or 100m in the market for 3 years will turn great at some point.

Ahhhhh... easier said... Omo mhen, the heat go comot pubic hair ooo grin. However, all is well with the market jare. For example: Cadbury was over bashed during intraday and still closed at N9.00. I guess it went as low as N7.50 sef. ETI was sighted at N6.05 and still closed at N6.50 etc.

I think stock investment is more or less like buying a house.

Do you buy house today and sell it tommorow?

*Their 2019 Q3: result shows a TREMENDOUS IMPROVEMENT.

Property developers build and sell, property investors build for steady cash flow.

UAC Property Development Place builds and sells, UPDC REIT buys investment property for cash flow.

Peter you have a point....the way price goes down and closes same price says a lot.

Time to start accumulation, tomorrow Lego!

At this point... Worst that can happen is Parent company makes a take over offer.

Even if after result comes out and price drops,I keep buying. Anybody willing to take over must pay above N45 in the future.
