With this Corona virus thingy, I dread anything Asian for now ó.

Even our office that shares same building with some Chinese who have their office there, we are being wary of touching the staircase railings after a Chinese must have handled it sad
Come on don't be a racist, embrace and be friendly to your neighbors.

Just avoid contact where possible, wash your hands thoroughly, use hand sanitizer when you can't wash, don't touch your face, and take vitamins. Also use cleaning agents on your workspace and shared workspaces. Wear latex gloves if you have to, so you can avoid Chinese germs on surfaces, but there are claims that it's not transmitted on surfaces (I question that). Also, be extra cautious if you have a compromised immune system due to health issues or age (60+). Don't let the elderly have contact with Chinese.

There is chicken and turkey. I fried it mildly.

I know na. I cooked stew for my friend recently. Told him to buy tomatoes, tatashe and rodo in ratio 3:1:1. He turned it upside down, rodo took the highest slot. How did I forget he is Yoruba? grin

Yoruba and pepper is a match made in heaven.

I do ask waiters when I’m at a new restaurant whether their special fried rice or coconut rice has at least little pepper in it. I guess ur friend is like me and was wondering what u will do with the 3 portion of tomatoes and 1 portion of rodo

Lol. I actually do pepper, but I don’t put lots of it in fresh form- it changes the consistency of my stew. More pepper gives a smoother/pastier finish, I don’t like. So, my concern wasn’t that the stew will end up peppery, but he wanted to kill my stew-cooking-career. cheesy

Do have a corona free day.

I thought it looked familiar because of the stickiness of the rice ( which I like sometimes) and the picture quality

Really?
When it comes to party jollof, I love it dry and quite crunchy.
The reason why most people from other countries pick Ghanaian jollof over ours is because ours is too dry according to them cheesy
